From the sounds of things there are not boots on the ground in this area, at least not yet. Israel is ready to move it's forces in, but has not as far as we've been told.

It would make sense to me ground forces would be able to capture, and either destroy these sites themselves or make them inert, with out the need of close air support.

Again, as far as I've heard no ground forces in this area to help identify a target.

Thank you for clearing up the previous launch theory. I'm aware of the capabilities to identify a target through triangulation and it is possible these sites had performed launches before we started watching.

I heard on CNN 2000 ground troops have been mobilized but didn't hear if they'd actually entered Gaza. As for capturing rocket sites on foot, that's just not feasible. Hamas is highly mobile and tend to move quickly. Airstrikes are the only way to ensure they are hit before they switch locations.

Terrible situation. I feel for all the innocent people on both sides. To think that children are being killed because 2 peoples can't seem to end their hatred of one another breaks my heart. But I guess that's what we humans do best

Glen Beck was rambling on about that as well, but my question is, why post fake pictures when Israel's strikes already give anyone with a camera plenty to work with? Why post a fake picture from an article that's not even a month old? An article from the UK's Guardian. How stupid is this guy? Is that Twitter account for real? Has Twitter verified him?

I know it's not real, but has anybody noticed the 'face', to the left of the RT sign here? Just checking. : )

I think the camera is inside someones apartment. I hear cell phones ringing, someone coughing and sometimes conversation. They are finally getting a bit of sleep before the dawn...

I've got to log off, but do notice that the left side of the face is flat. A straight line?
Also earlier a car passed, coming from the right lower side, and exiting from left side of the 'face'. During the time the car was there, it became invisible when it was 'behind' the face, making me think someone has superimposed the face onto the vid.

In any event, I'm so glad you've seen it too! Did you also notice it bears a striking resemblance to Jesus Christ?

I don't think it is. I think it's just a light far off in the distance.

And as I am writing, several large explosions!

RT feed sky was light now it's dark again......weird.... it appears to be a different shot altogether.
