has there ever been mods banned,and is there any mod rivelry

There was a mod that got banned recently, but I'm not saying who, as that is against T&C.

Actually...there really was a rouge mod...and yes he is banned!

So...hence we can't talk about it!

It did however involve posting a thread intentionally misleading the entire ATS majority and then surprisingly admitting he lied about the events in his thread!

I can't find the thread in the search...so I am sure it has disappeared too!

You would have to go to the rogue mod forum to find out.
Go to the board business forum. Find a thread labeled "itchy tuckus" and click on the blank link at the bottom of the page. A blue star will appear over the third post which has been removed as a t&c violation. Click on that blue star and then click shift+control+x+ampersand.
A window will open.
Type in the phrase"Ike's Tin hat is too tight."
A password box will open type in " Area 51 yogurt shop"

Follow the prompts from there.
Lock your doors and windows.

I was wondering why "redness" should be a problem.

Most of us are more into traditional beauty secrets than makeup for the most part and tend to just pinch our cheeks for that flushed look.

But having done lots of stage acting in the past, I have had to wear copious amounts of stage makeup so as not to be washed out under the lighting. As a result to such experiences, I can apply lipstick without a mirror exceptionally well.

Semper may or may not reveal any of his beauty secrets, but I am not a liberty to divulge what he does or does not do.

I know such things are never to be discussed here and I'm actually not curious. But I would star the above quoted post 10 times if I could.

We had one who was defrocked and banned around 2005 for pulling pranks on the membership (and he then tried to pull a much larger prank that blamed me for nastiness against a competing site). And we had another not long after that who was banned for taking action against members who said anything negative about Israel. Moderate digging would likely uncover both.

Those are the two who could be classified as "rouge."

Having read the site for a while, I can recall 2 that have been banned in the last 2-3 years, but have no idea why. Well one, space/ufo fanatic was banned I recall that, but the other, have no idea why.

As the thread that gets posted when people question mods says "mods are people too" so they will break T&C and send mean U2Us and so on, it's just a fact of life.

you guys really diserve the "best staff on the net" label and by far

I heard that one mod got banned for being an actual from-outer-space alien. He could tell the future; not good in real-life it turns out.

So the admins for the website vaporized all records for the mod that never was.
