Sometime in the future, the city of Metropolis is home to a Utopian society where its wealthy residents live a carefree life. One of those is Freder Fredersen. One day, he spots a beautiful woman with a group of children, she and the children who quickly disappear. Trying to follow her, he, oblivious to such, is horrified to find an underground world of workers, apparently who run the machinery which keeps the above ground Utopian world functioning
The movie celebrates unconditional submission under absolute authority, eventually finding reward in total victory
For days on end, workers had to be versed in operating equipment that demanded accuracy based on dealing with fractions of seconds. Individual filmstrips were exposed as often as 30 times and people with knowledge of photography know exactly what this means. With works of this nature, everything depends on meticulous calculations, highly precise working methods and equipment and most of all, on the nerves and patience of the cameraman. I can safely assume that shots like these were never shown before.

Very interesting but seriously how could they have mapped the entire interior of Earth in such a short time? That fact alone negates the possibility of this being real so far as I'm concerned.

Iron is not the only substance that creates magnetic fields. Is our sun a giant ball of molten iron? According to your logic it must be
And secondly gravity can't stick you to the inside of something with out central-fugal force which we would feel if that's the case because we would be flung off the planet.
Right because anyone who interprets scientific data in any way except the accepted, mainstream method is just a conspiracy nutter.
Are you familiar at all with the types of people who have contributed the truly breakthrough scientific discoveries? In your version of scientific history, all breakthroughs were welcomed with open arms by the establishment, right? Please go back and review history and the scientific method plz kthx.

If you think that the Earth is made up of a Iron Core spanning 4000 miles then answer this, why are we still here?
Gravity only has a limited penetration of 50 miles. So if your Newtonian view of the Earth was true, then Earth WILL be a solid ball.
Plus the effects of it are all life giving. For example there was a group of Russian scientist that decided to go into Alaska and into a mine to set up a lab. They pulled 56 sleep-work hours. So you can work two days likes it's only a day and sleep only 8 hours.
That is heaven to me.edit on 12-11-2012 by FreedomCommander because: (no reason given)
