So begins the Oath of Enlistment for the U.S. military, but in an explosive interview with a National Guard whistleblower shown below, soldiers are now being advised they will be ordered to break that oath should civil unrest erupt across the country.

Title says it all and the worst fears of conspiracy theorists are becoming a reality. According to this National Guardsmen a recent briefing was given to them to prepare for civil unrest in America. Solder X says doomsday preppers/survivalists are to be targeted as terrorists and we all know how easy it is for the American Gov't to consider someone a terrorist now-a-days. Even soldiers who are preppers will be considered defects therefore they are also a terrorist. And of course plans to strip Americans of their weapons is apparently also in the works. The US Gov't is afraid of both their military and people.

Alex Jones swears that this guy checks out and that he has all of his information and verified he is a National Guardsmen who will remain anonymous for his own protection. I fully expect this thread to be filled with many posts of folks saying they don't like Alex Jones and his network. I get it but I'm not here to defend his honor. This thread isn't about Alex Jones but the whistle blower known as Soldier X.

I'll take a look, but I'm gonna be frank-I've been here a long time, not one thing this blowhard has said has ever happened. Every time he screams false flag nothing happens, every time he screams takeover nothing happens.

He's the boy who cried wolf on a massive scale. I'll comment further when I finish.

You can hate on Alex Jones all you want, and I expect in any and all threads that include him, but this isn't about Alex Jones running his mouth but a National Guardsmen blowing a whistle on a recent briefing he had about preparing for civil unrest and more. Have you listened to the interview today or did you just read the article before posting?

Again, this isn't about Alex Jones, this is about a National Guardsmen blowing a whistle and he is using the Alex Jones show as a forum to get his information out. Listen to the actual interview.

How do we know that it is actually a National Guardsman? Because AJ says so?

but it begs an interesting question. if you take t the racist bias created by the media of the cliche muslim suicide bomber, what is a terrorist ?

in the revolutionary war, the colonists used terrorism. they fired from behind trees instead of from a military formation in open fields, and worst of all intentionally aimed for officers. to the recoats, the colonists were barbaric in ways, and cowards in ways

so one mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter

if you are trying to quell an uprising or riot or chaotic violent domestic situation, who would you target, the soccer mom or the guy with a pile of guns and ammo ?

in a way you can argue the preppers are a threat because they've been reading doom porn for a long time, and have pre-conceived notions and prejudices that will make them likely to target the national guard forces irrespective of the actual facts surrounding the nature of the uprising, riot or chaotic violent situation

because they will be against the "official story" no matter what it is

so this is just a logical step the guard would take and shouldn't surprise anyone

please understand I am not taking the guards side on this, just a little exercise in playing the devils advocate

I agree maybe the reason nothing happens when Alex cries wolf is because you cant pull the sheet over the heads of those that see it coming?

Side note its not about one person or one thing specifically but the big picture that most miss.

At this point, yes, and that's how it works when someone blows a whistle. Could Jones be faking all of this? Anything is possible but doesn't mean that's the case here. There is also the possibility Alex is being duped by a current Guardsmen. So yes, at this point we'll have to take the word of both Jones and Soldier X.

The consequences for Soldier X would be dire if his identify was discovered. And to be honest, if this interview ends up stirring the hornets nest and the Gov't wants this man's identity they'll get it and that's because they are spying on all of us right now at this very moment.

I'm definitely not going to keep responding to multiple posts attacking Alex Jones because this thread is about Soldier X and his insider information.

I have to agree with antonia. Alex Jones makes proclamations all the time and backs them up with whistle blowers and witnesses but nothing ever comes of it.

I'm listening right now. Firstly, I don't believe a word coming out his mouth. He proclaims he got this briefing two weeks ago and he's on duty? The guard doesn't stay "on duty" unless they are on deployment. They are weekend warriors. Secondly, Doomsday preppers? Please. No one I know in the guard has gotten this briefing. If this was going to be nationwide unrest then all of the states would be doing these briefings. Hell, the guard armory is less than 10 miles me from. The only thing they had there was a swap meet in the last two weeks. I like how Jones can"confirm" what his source is saying but he doesn't bother to show that proof.

I get it, the allure of Jones is strong, but you'll get over it one day. I used to take him seriously too.


And jones needs you update his software. I haven't heard this much redbaiting since the end of the coldwar.

Well, if civil unrest erupts all over the country, wouldn't the people involved become a "domestic enemy"

Again, this isn't about Alex Jones but the information provided by Soldier X. And even for weekend warriors they can and always will be subject to briefings, and that's how it works. So you know folks in the guard and you already asked and confirmed that they got this briefing or are you just assuming they never got it because they didn't talk to you about it? By all means, if you wanna call Alex tomorrow and ask himself yourself do it, or send emails. If the guard is so close to ya you could always ask them if you happen to pass by

The direction our Gov't is going is this news really that far out?

Theres a huge week long military exercise going on at the base near my home.

What was of the things they are training for?

Protesters and riots at the gates of the base. I only know because I work with the wife of one of the soldiers, otherwise the local media hasn't picked up on it.

So, whille AJ is a "sensationalist" (under statement!) -- I tend to believe this is entirely possible.

The way things have been headed from the Patriot Act to the passing of the NDAA, I'm not surprised.

The best thing that people can do, IMO, is lay low.
Don't brag about what weapons/ammo one might have....
Don't mention your stock pile of food/water.....
Never mention gold/silver coins....duh.
Don't put stickers on cars about NRA/political/religion/ etc......

Basically, use common sense.

One day, the SHTF scenario will happen.
Maybe 20 years or so from now, but......

Take heed to warnings like this, regardless of where it comes from.
Just be alert & cautious.....

No, no one I know has gotten this briefing and I did ask. If it really had happened you would have heard about it from more than one person. The problem here is you trust Jones and will believe anything that falls out of his mouth. I learned the guy was a liar a long time ago.
