Yah really who cares.

Neither one of these establishment goons is going to change anything.

The debt will grow, our dollar will get weaker, the wars will expand, our civil liberties will continue to die.

And December 21, 2012 is coming in 3 months, so we won't be around anyway.

" 90 billion in green companies that over half have failed could have paid for 2 million teachers" great line....

This will be the one line of the debate that is remembered for a long time.
MSNBC wont repeat it of course ... but the whole world heard it.
It's TRUE and it says a lot about Obama and his policies.

Yup. And yet... www.nea.org...

I manage a business for a national farm supply company. I also have a farm and my wife has started an increasingly flourishing road side farm stand and garden center.

As a business manager, the first thing you do everyday is look at what is going on, make plans to deal with what is going on, then you look at the numbers of the previous day... sales, gross margin, payroll, expenses... then you make decisions to deal, solve, and react to those numbers.

All along the way, you are interupted with customer service, questions, unexpected events... unexpected deliveries and trucks, weather, a random customer injury, a phone call from a local business, unexpected sales that require time such as transferring title on a trailer you just sold, etc.

You learn to manage and control a situation and be a sales person all the while maintaining self contol, and you better know your business in the event the District Manager comes in.

Tonight, President Obama was out managed by businessman and candidate Mitt Romney. He knew his numbers, he had responses in place to questions. His responses were concise and spoken with authority. He was not afraid to politely challenge statements and inferences by Obama. And you could see him drawing on data and examples and an answer even as Obama spoke.

Obama on the other hand did not know the numbers, did not speak with authority unless it was about old party talking points of Social Security and Medicare... and then he gave the initiative to Romney with long winded high minded explanations.

When this didn't work, he resorted to the "real life" stories of people that touched his life... a tactic that doesn't wear as well as it did 4 years ago. Obama was never soaring, inspiring, and at times looked terribly pissed... shooting laser blades from his pupils at Romney's challenges. At times , he fumbled for words, strugglimg to give simple answers, and at one point touched on a host of answers to a question he was not asked... hoping that something would stick.

It didn't.

No idea how any of the few here can think obama did well in any way shape or form, even if romney somehow contradicted himself.

Do yourself a favor, and watch the debate with the sound off and just pay attention to body language.

Romney: focused, talks directly to opponent, doesn't hesitate, slight turn in to focus his body toward his statement. Withholds his emotions and facial expressions remain in control when it isn't his turn to speak.

Obama: straight forward, talks to the audience and moderator, lacks conviction, looking up, down, left, right, repeating same things, can't control his facial expressions or body language at all when it isn't his turn. Acts like my child does when I yell at her for lying or doing something she wasn't supposed to do. Forgets topics.

ffff, whatever you may think of the debate committee, or where the candidates stand, its a no contest on who took this debate.

Reality check we are still a month away from the election, and it is bottom of the ninth bases are loaded the score is tied, and it can still go either way.

Overconfidence can, and has lead to defeat that said:

I agree 100%

How can Obama, with relevant ease, keep blaming everyone, and everything? Its his OWN failed Policies, for the last 4 years, that everyone has had to deal with? He looked like a deer caught in the headlights.

I think Romney is "marked" for the Presidency....look at the debate here and notice the "black dot" in the middle of the flag pin on Romney's suit. It is a black dot.......wonder what that means? It is very obvious to me and stands out like a sore thumb. Wonder what that could mean?

Take a look here

You keep saying you aren't for Romney, yet everything that you post about is pro Right Wing.

Your game is very transparent, claim you don't support anyone so you appear unbiased, and then coninually post pro-Romney and anti-Obama things.

What I saw in the debate is how this debate will impact the campaign beyond tonight. All the talking heads, including the left wingers, will only talk about what happened tonight. But now Romney has to live with what he said on that stage for 5 weeks. And he has contradicted a lot of his campaign rhetoric.

Did you notice the moderator looking for "distinctions" between Obama and Romney? Did you also notice the only time Obama allowed Romney to make a clear distinction between them is when Romney's position directly harmed the middle class? Do you think that was an accident?

Just like in the other thread, you are being told what to believe, and just like in the other thread you seem to rely on the talking heads to think for you.

The great orator got his ass handed to him tonight by an aggressive mormon.

Not that it matters, Obama has this in the bag, the fake polls are just making it seem close so that it doesn't seem lopsided towards Romney all the way up to election night and then the spanish company "counting" the electronic votes announces that Obama won by a landslide...
It's all a big production of theater to keep the masses believing the matrix is real life.

It has also been claimed that SCYTL CEO Pere Valles is a socialist who donated heavily to the 2008 Obama campaign and lived in Chicago during Obama’s time as Illinois State Senator. Unfortunately, given what is known about the character of Barack Obama, such rumors must be taken as serious threats to the integrity of the 2012 vote and the legitimate outcome of the election.
Though much has been written about the threat of nationwide voting by illegals in November, it is still true that most election fraud is an “inside” job. And there now exists a purely electronic voting service which uses no physical ballots to which an electronic count can be matched should questions arise. Add to this the fact that the same company will have “first count” on all votes made in 14 US states and hundreds of jurisdictions in 12 others, and the stage is set for election fraud on a scale unimaginable just a decade ago.
Perhaps Obama had reason for supreme confidence when he said “after my election” rather than “in case of” to Russian President Medvedev...

So just keep your head buried in the sand and enjoy the show...

The debate was a laughing stock. Both were horrible with Obama being extra horrible. Romney's face still..... One of the most evil/sneaky faces that I've ever seen. Discernment.

It was SOOOO funny listening to the CNN panel lose their cool after the numbers came in.

I turned it on twice.... For 5 minutes each time and Romney was killing it solid.

This is surreal. It's like watching a football team try to claim victory in a close game at the end of the third quarter.

Maybe my CMOS battery is low, but according to my calender - there's still over a month left. Given the attention span of our culture? That's a LONG time. After all, the networks will have to figure out something to report every single day between now and then.

Honest to God, I'm starting to think that maybe getting invaded by China might not be a bad thing after all.....

At least they're consistent. Oh, and their middle class is growing.

You are obviously new here .... otherwise you'd know better.
I'm pro-marriage equality. I'm pro-assisted suicide. I'm anti-death penalty. etc etc. I follow no (R) or (D) party lines. Like I said .. you only see what you want to see.

My posting history on here on both Obama and Romney
shows that your statement is .. once again ... just dead wrong.

On topic bottom line ... Obama sucked. Romney did a great job.
Even left wing Huffington Post and CNN admit it.
It'll be a difficult morning for a lot of O-Bots tomorrow.

Well, if the debate was any indication, of where Obama stands, I would have to say Romney does have a chance of beating him. Im still voting Gary Johnson though........

Who will win the election is a separate issue. The discussion tonight is .. who won the debate.
Romney won the debate. Absolutely destroyed Obama. (or Obama destroyed himself ..)
As for who will win the election, I still predict Obama will win. Sad but true.
My choice would be a third party win .. but that won't happen.
