Gun wielding stick figures (plural). Assuming this is accurate, that sort of implies that there should have been more than one shooter according to his plan. Why would he draw at least one other shooter if he was the only one that would be doing the killing?

How are wee getting info on the book content if this case is sealed?

Stick figures - Are we sure they are not confusing the book with something from the official sketch artist who worked with the witnesses.

I'm no lawyer, so I'm making a guess here. I believe if there was a gag order then it would prevent the media from reporting this. But, there's no gag order so the case being sealed is something different entirely. I assumed the case being sealed relates more to court documents.

That's what I'm assuming as well, however. We are told the case is sealed...Wouldn't a case encompass evidence? Wouldn't evidence then belong to the court?

well i just listend to the 16 minute audeo of the police as it was going on.at 5:22 police say they have the suspect in white car with gass masks (plural) and rifles. , at around 8:20 they are looking for someone else in a white and blue plaid shirt., at 10;00 they say suspect says only 1 person but witneses are conflicting that.
Its an interesting listen

It does say suspect wearing tactical and gas masks, and around 8 it says ''one of the suspects could be wearing a white and blue check shirt'' at 04:50 it says ''suspect in gas mask'' and ''is that the dude in the white car you're by'' 0528 ''yes we got gas masks rifles''

In the video he seems pretty normal.

Why all of a sudden he goes all monarch like and shoots people then gives himself up?

Was the shooting sequence in the movie a trigger for his other embedded personity to activate?

Yes, which is why we won't get a chance to actually see the notebook's contents. The reason we know it exists is because the news has reported on it based on sources. Again, I'm speaking as a legal layperson so don't quote me on this.

I agree with a lot of what you have said, I also find a lot of the incomprehensible ramblings by people thinking he's being mind-controlled a little too unfounded to even be remotely plausible. I also agree that he's most likely mentally ill or just downright murderous.

However, as mentioned, I would like to know why the gas mask is so far away from the vehicle when the police are heard stating on the radio that they have located a male in a gas mask.

I would also like to know why people in theater 8 reported having to close their fire exit door when trying to escape from the gunfire in the next theater because they saw a gunman trying to enter. There is a witness statement where he describes having to hold the fire exit door shut to stop a gunman from entering. If they were just trying to escape the theater, this would have been shortly after the shooting started meaning that James Holmes was still in theater 9 and the police had not yet arrived.

Incidentally, I would also like to know why the passenger window of James' car was shattered. There's no sense of panic and no shouting from the officers radio when he discovers James. He sounds relatively calm and quiet, stating the facts that he has located someone matching the description of the person responsible. Why was the car window shattered?

I've also heard statements suggesting that he, along with other "talented" individuals, was chosen for the course, and that it ISN'T that easy to be accepted. I can't recall who it was, but I believe it was someone at the University who said that this is a specialist field that not just anyone can enter. I think you're confusing this with internet courses where anyone can get a degree in something if they pay enough and fill out a couple of forms.

From what I've heard about what he was studying, this was not just a "rock up and you're in" course, this was something more than that. I feel you're playing it down to support your argument.

Like I said, I don't believe all the BS about him being a government agent of some kind, or that this was a false flag to bring in gun control. But I cannot just ignore the inconsistencies and the suspicious elements to this - just as I couldn't ignore the inconsistencies and suspicious elements of 9/11 or 7/7, of which there are many.

Asking questions, reasonable questions, about things that simply don't add up should not be something to automatically dismiss as "conspiracy craziness". Believing some psy-op is going down with no proof of it while using music videos and ramblings of others as evidence is "conspiracy craziness".

A few people have mentioned this and it was leaked by a law enforcement source so we aint suppose to know about it

I have a possible explanation of the theater 8 situation. Remember that the actual shooting in some reports is reported to have lasted in the area of 90 seconds. The only reason theater 8 panicked is because bullets went through the wall from 9 and into 8. we don't know exactly how far into those 90 seconds it was that the bullets went into 8. It could have been 5 seconds, but also could have been 50 seconds. When the witness in 8 Eric Hunter went outside he helped two girls (one was wounded) into theater 8 and it's at the moment he saw the gunman and shut the door locking him outside. My point is that the two girls probably didn't leave 9 until the end of the shooting spree when presumably the AR15 jammed. The girls left 9 and went into 8, the gunman left 9 and tried to get into 8. Either he was chasing them or just wanted a fresh crowd to shoot at. When he was unable to get in he must have gone back to his car and a short time after was in custody.

The window is also puzzling, but there's the chance that it was already busted when he drove it there. The one that's obviously broken is the small side/rear window, that's a strange window for police to break as it's so damn small.
