The first thing that came to my mind is that he is purposely 'posing' in this pic. I had been on the side of him being drugged/set up and I hadn't put much stock into the 'he is faking it' theories until I saw this picture. This looks like a face my kids would make when they didn't want to take a real picture.
Time will tell...
