Have the major Gov' of the world already surrendered to ET ?

First off , I want everybody to understand that the following post is based on facts , eyewitness accounts and historical documentation .
There is an old adage " The truth can set you free " , but not this time. This time the truth will only point to what is painfully and frighteningly obvious...........
Mankind is being enslaved by non-human forces who are technologically, psychically, and dimensionally superior to us(This is not a link. It is merely highlighted for emphasis).

How did I arrive at this opinion ? By many hours of painstaking research and by slowly putting together pieces of a giant puzzle , also by separating what can be verified as FACT , from fanciful and sometimes exaggerated evidence.

History has shown that visible tyrants are also visible targets who quickly fall if they reveal themselves before total control has been established. Smarter tyrants stay hidden and cleverly manipulate the population into first defeating and enslaving itself

Although sightings of strange objects and lights in the sky have been documented for centuries, for me the key encounter began in Los Angeles in 1942.
Please bear in mind that over 100,000 people were eyewitness to this event .

Whatever was being shot at that night , even though being clearly hit several times , escaped unscathed.
Initially it was thought to be the start of a Japanese invasion and later, the Gov' and the U.S military put the event down to " a case of war nerves". As it turns out , it was the Gov' and the military who were nervous and for good very good reasons....

Lets move on .
In 1945 the U.S had developed and used the Atomic Bomb which had the potential to destroy any enemy , so why was the Gov' and the military still secretly living in fear and paranoia ? For one very good reason . Unidentified crafts were freely entering U.S ( and other ) airspace . The technologically advanced characteristics of these crafts meant that they were free to come and go unchallenged and this raised questions regarding National Security among TPTB.

On September 26, 1947, the National Security Council (NSC) met for the first time. The NSC was one of several creations of the National Security Act of 1947, which also established the Central Intelligence Agency and placed the armed forces under the Secretary of Defense. The Act gave the NSC congressional mandate to coordinate U.S. foreign and defense policy. The Act also gave CIA legal authorities that its forerunner, the Central Intelligence Group had lacked because it was created by executive order.
President Harry S. Truman chaired the NSC, along with five other members, including:
Secretary of State
Secretary of Defense
Secretary of the Army
Secretary of the Navy
Secretary of the Air Force.
This in turn gave rise to the super secret National Security Agency by secret Executive Order on November 4,1952. Its primary purpose was to decipher the alien communications and language and establish a dialogue with the aliens. This task was Codenamed SIGMA.
In 1953 astronomers discovered large objects in space which were moving towards Earth. It was first believed that they were asteroids. Later evidence proved that the objects could only be spaceships. Project Sigma intercepted alien radio communication. When the objects reached the Earth they took up a very high orbit around the equator. There were several huge ships, and their actual intent was unknown. Project Sigma, and a new project, Plato, through radio communications using the computer binary language, was able to arrange a landing that resulted in face to face contact with alien beings from another planet. Project Plato was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with this alien race of space aliens.

Eisenhower knew that he had to wrestle and beat the alien problem. He
knew that he could not do it by revealing the secret to Congress. Early
in 1953 the new President turned to his friend and fellow member of the
Council on Foreign Relations Nelson Rockefeller. EISENHOWER AND
ROCKEFELLER BEGAN PLANNING THE SECRET STRUCTURE OF THE ALIEN- TASK

Next I came across a speech by this man . Former State Legislator Henry McElroy.
Mcelroy states that President Eisenhower was briefed about the presence of extraterrestrial intelligent beings on Earth. McElroy also said that the document he viewed while at the State Legislature made reference to the opportunity for Eisenhower to meet the alien visitors.

This in turn lead me to the amazing testimony of Manuel Kirklin who was an Air Force Medic and high altitude chamber specialist stationed at Holloman AFB in 1955. Kirklin details several eye witness reports of President Eisenhower at Holloman on or about February 11th, 1955 in Ike's third year of his first term.

It has been said that the “treaty” was signed with the Alien Greys . The agreement was for both sides not to interfere with each other and that their presence should be kept a secret. Advanced technology would be given in exchange for allowing the Greys to carry out medical examinations on humans (without harming them or leaving any memory of the event) and the monitoring of our development. Although this has been called a “treaty” by many, some have suggested it was a negotiated “surrender”.

I openly admit that I cannot substantiate the fact any treaty was signed , but one only has to look at the leap in our advancement since this time and also the amount of documented alien abductions , to reach such a conclusion.

To all you people who are anticipating any kind of disclosure by TPTB , I say " be care for what you wish , for it may come true ". The only disclosure that will come from TPTB is when they openly admit defeat.

To all you people who think that these visitors are in any way benevolent , it is only because they have not revealed their true agenda. You people who continually state that these visitors are here solely for our advancement are only helping to enslave us by falsely putting the masses at ease . If these visitors were here to help us advance , they would have done so , openly , decades ago.

The very fact that visitations are continuing and some might even say increasing , points to the fact that we are still powerless to protect our airspace.

I would have to agree with everything you said because it mirrors my own research and experience with one exception.

It IS possible that our planet is under quarrantine until such time as a critical mass is reached amoungst humanity and we seek to free ourselves. We are obviously outclassed here and anyone on the outside seeking to help us would see this.

I believe that their hands are tied until such time as we collectively decide to help ourselves.
10% is all they need.

We are getting close, but not there yet.
When critical mass is reached, these A-holes don't stand a chance.

I believe maybe some documents of MJ12 are fakes but I haven't found anything on the whole thing being a lie.

Hardly, because for them to surrender, they actually have to know who they are surrendering to. There is absolutely no evidence that UFO's are manned by aliens. For all we know, it could be the government's themselves who are behind the UFO phenomenon (as in many cases, they are).

I ask myself, if the top governments of Earth went to another planet, what would they do? Make friends and have tea? No, they would gather intelligence so they could raid and take over.

Because I believe the universe is pretty consistent, or I mostly see in effect the phrase "as above, so below," I can easily believe that any forces visiting Earth, if they exist, are probably here to decimate us. It might be best accomplished by ruling the rulers. Maybe all those talks of reptilians holds some water? I have no idea.

Not everything conforms with the "as above, so below" line either. Ants have a hegemony similar to ours, it seems, but dolphins do not. Dogs seem to travel in packs, and there is a top dog, too. I'm sure other examples of animals that behave like dolphins can be found. I'm not too well versed in the social aspects of animals or insects.

Anyway. It's very hard to say. Maybe there are friendly aliens and destructive ones? I'm more likely to believe in evil ones, because I see that all around (evil). You have to play by evil rules to survive in an evil world. Not cheating won't get you anywhere.

Excellent and thought provoking reply . Maybe there is a benevolent species sitting on the sidelines . It would be nice to know that once our cowardly governments give in , that there will be an ally for the ones that are willing to fight , should it arise .
