my father was a diabetic, he was concerned when I was a kid, I was tested when I was young, and I've had myself tested many times sin ce. as far as I know, it's not diabetes.
think the original problem was torso tunnel, but consider my fingers have had a few episode where they've contorted into position that I've never thought possible, well, it might be something else.

it took me over a year and close to about a thousand dollars and then a new doctor to convince them that I had a hernia, then I went about another year paying off that bill before I managed to get the hernia taken care of. I don't see them figuring this one out in my lifetime!! like I said, all I would be doing is driving my family into the brink of bankruptcy... and umm....when a hospital or doctor has a bill, they will sell it off very quickly to the bill collectors, at least that has been my experience, who then hound you till it's paid. and well, the medical facilities that I use now will turn it over to the credit collection agencies within 30 or 60 days, no easy payment plan or nothing, but they will refer you to med key, which is like a credit card that will charge you a low interest rate....

so no, the debt is like every other debt, it's being unloaded just as soon as it comes on the books, and it wouldn't surprise me to learn that it's being sliced and diced and packaged together, rated triple a by the rating agencies and being peddled throughout the world!!!

and as long our debt is big money for the "too big to fails" in the world, those too big to fails are gonna do everything in their power to insure that we are deeper and deeper into debt!

the fact is that individuals can't afford the healthcare system, many small businesses can't afford to cover their employees, and the gov'ts can't keep taxing the heck out of the taxpayers to food the bill!! and of course, the doctors entering the field can't afford their student loan debt!!!

it seems to me, that all the innovation, the new technology, the research, ect, well, it really isn't much good if it is just driving the whole system off the cliff because it's just not affordable to anyone!! and we are about there!!

and well, then go do a little research as to how much the big shots in the field are paid, and that will tell you just where the money is going!!

telling us all to just suck it up and pay, like ya, we all got money trees growing in our back yard, is gonna do no good!! if the money isn't there, it isn't there!! and quite frankly, if it boils down to having a roof over my head, food on my table, gas for my ar, well, they can throw me in jail if they want, but the healthcare will rank below those things. since, without those things, more than likely I am gonna need some intense healthcare before too long!

and once in jail, well, the dear taxpayers can expect to shell out about a hundred thousand dollars a year for my shelter, security, medical care, and hey free cable, free education!!

ya, it makes perfect sense!!!

the healthcare industry wrote this bill, I'm pretty confident that they've included many loopholes to ensure that they will be able to rake in more and more money to pay higher and higher salaries and bonuses to their upper management. it would be nieve to think otherwise.

You LITERALLY don't know the first thing about the bill
well ok, let's just pretend that statement is true ... so, since i don't know anything about it, please answer the question that has been posed by two other posters, please ??

question --> If i choose to go without Obamacare and cannot afford the "penalty", who pays my portion ??

i understand the truth hurts, but if i keep a band-aid handy, will you at least, try

Without Obama care, if you cannot afford to pay medical bills and need to get treated, who pays your portion?

Well, you can deflect. You were the member that made the statement that said Obamacare would force uninsured people to 'chip', so the rest wouldn't have to pay it.

You have been asked how that will work.

Your replies have been that you can't answer because we don't know enough about Obamacare and now you avoid answering the question by asking a member to answer a different one.

No.
I am not playing whatever game you are.
I just want an answer to my question or it is clear you are here just repeating crap you were told with no real knowledge of your own. You suck at this and are failing miserably.

i guess the same system that supports such difficulties now. things like charity, church, friends, family, there are probably others but i haven't been in that situation to know.
besides, why are you assuming i would get care at a medical clinic anyway ??
for all you know, i could be paying my caregiver/dr with chickens and cows.

ETA: i notice you completely avoided answering the question i and others posed, repeatedly ... what's wrong, are you afraid to admit the truth ?
your care is not my responsibility.
my care is not your responsibility.
when ppl realize paying for their "care" is generally cheaper than paying "protection fees", perhaps then costs will be directly impacted.
until then, enjoy your "flexible" protection plans.

Pot, kettle and black.

Talk about a miserable fail.

You made the claim.

I will just have to accept this as your admission that you can not back up your claim.

What claim is that?
I asked you a direct question and you cannot answer it.
How you see that as something I need to apologize for is beyond me.

Did you figure out how to answer my question then?

That is your guess?
Damn, I thought you knew at least something about this. Your guess is pretty piss poor.
Those of us that pay our healthcare costs are the ones that now also pay for those that do not. I am sick of that.

Because you keep telling me it is against the law to turn you away.

How does one plan for the expense of cancer?

Here is my post that quoted you making the claim that I am speaking of.
This is how you responded to el presidente, your post, I believe, was removed by a mod, probably because of the first question that you asked.

Are you retarded? We all pay for the uninsured now. Obamacare makes sure they have to chip in for themselves.

See this part specifically?

Obamacare makes sure they have to chip in for themselves.

You made that claim. Can you back it up?

Talk about playing games. You can't back up your claim, so you deflect.

You said Obamacare will force the uninsured to chip in. Where is that money coming from?

Did you figure out how to answer my question then?

Did you dream one up yet?

Would like to point out in my post where I asked for an apology?

I'll put it up again so you don't have to go back to look......

Wow. You are so quick to call people stupid.

Since you are so smart, tell me where the poor have these pockets full of money. They could not afford to buy insurance before Obamacare, now they suddenly have pockets full of money?

I hope that you realize how Marie Antoinette-esque you sound with that answer... "Let them eat cake".

I was considering the lack of an answer from you an admission that you had no answer to give.
I don't consider that guilty of anything, just that you may have said something in error.

I dunno. I never claimed anything about the poor. I specifically referred to those without insurance yet can afford it.

Now who is playing word games. You are not getting an admission that I was wrong or that I am guilty of failing to provide an answer or anything else you want to change it to have meant in the future.

You called my question stupid. What exactly did you mean by that.

You have repeatedly called posters stupid. The post that I quoted you on at the beginning of this was removed by a mod because you asked this of the poster that you were responding to:

Are you retarded?

No, you haven't called anyone stupid.

Crawl back under the bridge.
