American Muslims Stone Christians in Dearborn, MI

This just proves my thinking that we (humans) would be better off without religion...

I am just incapable to digest motives of this group to crash their festival, and yet reasons for the one offended to respond with stones or what not...

This kind of reminds me of Westboro Baptist Church and their crash of funerals of soldiers killed in war.

There is fine line between sense and none-sense in both cases...

Hold on didn't the Christians do the same during the crusades? death by the sword? Wow you really are that brainwashed, how do you know Islam is run by the Devil? what makes you so sure it isn't the Christians who are being deceived by the Devil?.
Close minded if you ask me, if you knew anything and have mixed with Muslims you will know they love their children just as much as you and 99% of them do not take the Koran word for word just like moderate Christians do not take the bible word for word.

Get rid of Islam and we must get rid of all other Religions just to make it fair.
Seems to me many Christians are just scared of the fact Islam is the biggest growing Religion.

The Christian crusaders went to the holy lands to protect pilgrims that were being raped and murdered by Muslim, the lie of history that we went to Jerusalem just to kill peaceful Muslims only flies with uneducated people , the crusades would have never happened if they let us worship in peace .

Where ever it is growing, it isn't in the Middle East. The Arab population is facing a demographic time bomb similar to the European one.

While I don't condone the throwing of rocks or other dangerous objects, I can't help but feel the Christians deserved it (maybe not the stones).

They walk into a Muslim festival, with signs that have Christian slogans on them, chanting things that go against a deeply religious peoples beliefs, people who (some) are known to get violent when people criticise them, and the Christians didn't expect a backlash?

I think the police took the most appropriate action in dealing with this case so to avoid a riot, in fact I thought the first cop that appeared in the video over the megaphone incident was actually being fairly decent.

The Westboro people have been escorted out of town a couple of times. In fact, when they went to Joplin, MO on their first attempt they never made it into town, and on their second attempt they were escorted away for their own safety.

I agree it is a similar situation, and I'd love to see the WBB people get their ass kicked as well. The police should not be tasked with protecting people from their own stupidity.

As distasteful as it seems to be that they were having things thrown at them, they are also responsible for what happened as they brought such inciteful signs to this muslim festival. I don't condone violence, but I also do not condone disrupting a nice day with hateful slogans on their signs. Are these the same church that the pastor burned the koran? I'm not certain of that either.

Why not carry a sign that tells how Jesus loves the muslims and died for them as well, INSTEAD of you're going to burn in hell fire.

They provoked Muslims on their religious gathering and in your mind this should resulted in deportation of all Muslims and create ethnic/religious CLEAN area to suit your insecurity... Interesting...

At the same time, let's also deport all non-believers (atheists and those who don't believe into God, according to latest survey, some 54% of Americans) just to be on safe side...

After all, USA is christian country for thousands of years...
