Im a friend of Dwayne Smith, one of the witnesses. He lives a block from me. To hear him tell the story is so amazing. It leaves you with little doubt when you hear it from one of the guys who were there and seen it first hand.

Dwayne has never had any financial benefits from this and even today lives a very simple life. He rides a bicycle everywhere he goes and just a humble, modest dude. I might get him to do a video interview about what he saw sometime. I have picked his brain many a night while having a few cold ones... Quite the treat!

See, it realy annoys me when skeptics go around saying, "oh these witness are faking it or theyve misunderstood what theyve seen ,(although im sure there are people out there who fake), because WHAT have these people got to gain by lying? total humiliation, being treated like a joke , or accused of having mental health problems, i just dont understand why anyone would put themselves through that.

Weird.....

I skipped through the movie to watch the alien examination scene last night.

Still as creepy as the first time I watched it.

Synchronicity........

I have often compared alien examinations to incubus attacks (sleep paralysis)...

with so many people having this experience, I seriously doubt this is a 'sleep disorder'. For some time now, I have believed that 'night terrors/ sleep paralysis/ incubus attacks were actually extraterrestrial encounters. Think about it:

paralysis of the muscles
pressure on the chest
not asleep
presence is felt
often accompanied with hallucinations of demonic figures/ strange sounds
fear of terror in the room

Perhaps we are being visited all the time.

Absolutely.. Nothing but scorn from everyone, even family and closest of friends. Yes, there are those who have hoaxed for whatever reason..Money, fame, etc. In the case of Travis Walton and his crew.. I just don't buy it. The polygraph and witness accounts can not be ditched as fakery so easily. Nothing to gain from his crew, none of them made a dime or any other rewards from it, and yet they hold steadfast to their accounts through all the ridicule.

Here's a good interview of Travis where he explains everything in more detail and takes questions:

and I also want to add this interview of a woman who saw people very similar to what Travis saw:

This is one of those cases that I believe there really is something to it and not some money grab hoax.

I have to say that I saw Fire in the Sky when it came out in 93. It was in a super plex down in Georgia and when we came out of the theater there was not one other car in the huge parking lot.

It scared the crap out of me and still does to this day.

I have to say that Fire in the Sky changed my life forever.

I never knew that he was a member of ATS. I looked at all of his posts and no wonder why he has not came back. This makes me think about how LJ01 will handle myself in the future....... Unless it has something to do with Bernard Schnitzel.

I have to say that his case is the really the only one that makes me wonder what the heck is going on.

Sleep paralysis (which I "suffer" from now and then) is a well researched and understood condition. Before alien abductions were invented by human imagination people thought they were being terrorized by demons or witches. Think about it.

People still believe this crap.. and this is a case that has actual physical evidence of deception.

People want to believe what they want to believe, I guess.

But why are there descriptions of the 'visitors', accompanied with sound?

Why are you not asleep for this 'sleeping disorder'?

So millions of people have a 'sleep disorder' in which they experience the exact same thing, and have common descriptions of the entities?

I'll bet! Have studied this case since it broke waaaaay back in the days of only alternate topic web site known as The Enquirer. Was always intrigued by Travis' recounting that upon close approach to the hovering craft that he could hear both the sounds of what sounded like a very low frequency rumble and a high pitch whine (like machinery). Thats some machine! Have you ever asked your neighbor about his impression of the "technology" of what he saw? Anything stand out in his recollection in this regard?

Travis Walton is also a member of ATS. And made some exceptionally good posts. Just hit the post tab.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Thank you for that Unity_99. I read all of his posts and was like wow, the guy spent most of his brief time here backpedaling against a torrent of skepticism about his identity and polygraph exams. Shame on us.

But I did find a nugget and reprint it here. From Travis Walton on ATS:

The debunkers were even willing to lie to discredit this case -- yet they never alleged the main points this fraud claims. When attacking UFO reports the chief "debunker" attacking this case always first digs into every possible aviation and astronomical alternative explanation. He absurdly tried using the planet Jupiter, but never suggested Air Force helicopter maneuvers. In all our years working in the woods we never saw any Air Force helicopters. No one could possibly mistake a helicopter for a glowing metallic disc hovering less than a hundred feet away. Chopper blades would have hit the trees, to say nothing of the huge down blast of air and the unmistakable, familiar sound. Ridiculous. The blue beam of energy was a powerful, momentary blast one crewman described as "the brightest thing I've ever seen in my life" and in no way looked like a helicopter's spotlight.

Emphasis added.

You know, him and his buddies have never changed their story one iota. I know, I been following it since it broke. They have resisted publicity, even repeatedly moving and turning down the spotlight, instead remaining humble and soft-spoken about the whole thing. The few posts he made on here were painful to read, he was in defense mode the whole time. Sorry Travis, I would have split too.

As far as technology that was involved.. I don't really remember getting into that with Dwayne. I run into him all the time while grocery shopping and other daily errands. I will ask him again, about getting him on camera to talk in depth of what he witnessed and let him speak for him self what his theories are, on the technology and such.

looking forward to your replies from him.....so they recently did the lie detecter test again, by the best in the business and not only did they pass, but had practically the highest score of truth you can get.

That's pretty awesome if true! I still find myself wondering about the subject (UFOs, ETs, etc.) in general because I have yet to meet anyone who's experienced a UFO or abduction first-hand and I haven't seen anything either. -_-

I believe him! I was taken from a bridge in Charleston, West Virginia near the Amtrak Station and put on another Bridge about 1 or 2 miles from where I was located. I was en-route to work for US Customs and Border Patrol in Piegan, Montana. I was found walking around in shock and had to return home. I have been working in Nursing since my return to NC. I never made it to my duty station. I have attempted to e-mail Travis but I am un-sure if he received my mail. Sincerely, Amy in NC

The movie is definitly a classic. But is just that, a good movie.

I do believe guys involved in this story saw something unexplained and shocking. I saw an interview Travis Walton did on UFOAZ several years ago, and he account a very different story. The story he tells is much more mind opening and welcoming than what the movie portrays.

Part 1 and Part 2

He was not tortured but instead observed. He awoke on a table in a white room, with two greys looking down at him. He said that he was scared by them, they seemed very observant and detached. He leaped off the table with force and while grabbing a long, slender, clear tube he told them to "Get back!' At that point the creatures put their harms straight out and walked around him, out of the room.

Travis wandered out of the room down long white corridors. They all looked so similar, but he somehow knew he wasn't going the wrong way. He found his way into another white room. Only this time, there was a chair, a black and white chair sitting in the center of an empty white room. There were button on the end of the arm rests. He hit them. All of them. Then suddenly the white room faded from white, to a black. A black vast universe laid before his eyes. He stared at stars. Noticing a lever on the opposing side of the arm chair, he pulled it and he saw the map of sorts move, and face another direction. Disoriented from the rapid movement he realized that he was in a craft. He stopped messing with it thinking that he might accidentally crash it or hit something he shouldn't. When from behind he heard footsteps coming down the hall. He looked up to see what he thought was a man. He started to ask questions but this man was tall, blonde and quiet. He touched Travis' shoulder and led him down the hall of white. Upon arriving at this door he was hit with a blast of cool, fresh air.

Part 3

He walked down the white halls of this craft into a room with another chair and two other blonde humanoid figures. He started to shout asking who they were until they gathered around, placing him on the chair, then sedating him. He said he cannot know what they did while he was asleep. But when he came to he was not in pain, he has only one scrape on his body, he was not restrained. He just awoke to see some "tools" and other things on a tray. His fear was what they could have done, but whatever it was will remain unknown to anyone on this planet. He also recalls what they were dressed in, what the halls smelled like and the thickness of the air. He also states that if it were to happen again, he would not come out with it, also that that he lost sleep over the incident, but that was about as bad as it got. He's been healthy ever since.

Part 4

The ship that Walton describes in this interview is much different than the organic plant like substances in the movie. He stated that is seemed so sterile that he originally thought that he was in a hospital, but once he entered the hallway that the spaces got so narrow, tight and dimly light he started to experience claustrophobia. He also states that he was once taken out of craft and walked on a hanger deck or building of some sort. He also mentions one of the people on board was a woman, that they were all totally fit healthy. He says "they would pass in a crowd." But he himself would notice something off about them, he said it would be something about their eyes. He said that they're were 4 men and a woman. One of the men that he saw, the man that escorted him from hanger deck to ship, was wearing a glass helmet. One of the interviewers mentions an environmental shift of certain sections of the ship from when Travis was with the Greys and when he was with the humanoids. Walton says that the movie was relatively accurate in the source of events. They also discuss the photojournalist that jumps him at the phone booth. They also discuss Philip J Klass, the man who tried to debunk Travis Walton's experience.

Part 5, Part 6, and Part 7 all discuss a lot of issues in the UFO community and his explains more of his experience better than I can in the post, but I will leave the preference of truth or entertainment up to you. I really hope you take the time to watch this!

I would go insane if something like that happened to me..

You have any memory of anything? Seeing anything in the sky?

I have never met any of the other guys involved in the Travis Walton Abduction, except Dwayne. Just hearing him speak of that night and their horrible ordeal with the law and all of the ridicule.. You can see the pain the skeptics have caused him and no doubt, Travis and the rest of them. I firmly believe this is a genuine real occurrence.

She has a wonderful face for reading.
If you use Face Language Signs.
She looks up to the right when describing the craft, which usually indicates that someone is recalling a actually memory.

And when she describes the blonde fishbowl heads, she looks left which usually implies that a person is using the imaginative / creative part of their brain. ...i e lying.

Anyhoo, good video, haven't seen it before
