Dude, I understand you being upset about the US not helping out when your only carrier stalled out off the coast of Iran. We wanted to send some nuke techs over to help you out but since that carrier runs on diesel no dice. Sorry bout that.
So what do you have in mind to prove who is best? A plane crashing contest? We give up. You win.

If you are not looking for an answer then your post is just opinionated rambling most likely designed to provoke an emotionally negative response.

but hell the reason why they think so is because we have the power to amass large amounts of hardware and soldiers to fight the battles.
the training of other nations are better in my opinion.
Yes, but it doesn't help that things are slowly shifting the way of China. Even the US is trusting China with the construction of weapon parts...that is not good.
we just have the best industrialization to produce weapons. if we dont build it we can get it built fast
as for your comment on china having good technology. i have yet to have anything from china that didnt break after a year or 2

As a Brit, i should really sit this one out. However, as a Brit, i just can't resist getting involved!
I think you are pretty bang on with this remark. I have heard countless tales from squaddie friends on joint exercises that US troops are good soldiers but the basic training they receive is totally inadequate. They have also stated this isn't the case for the more specialised troops (SEALS, etc), they are obviously much more "up to scratch".

They are amongst the technologically most advanced countries in terms of defense technology.
That's because they stole the work from the Germans after WW2.
They would never even had an ICBM without Wernher von Braun, and no Hydrogen Bomb without Oppenheimer, and no stealth planes without the Horton brothers.

the ONLYYYY chance those countries have of conquering the good ole US of A is if they team up and strike all at once. Even then, it's highly doubtful, we still have more of everything
I am surprised no one has shown the OP this yet

Here is an article where Panetta explains why.

Facts win, and facts say America has the biggest military and if we add up allies and Americas ability to attack any corner of the globe within hours - It kinda says America has the most war ready, experienced military in the world, as well as having some brilliant tech. Maybe not the best trained, but on average they are pretty decent.
