Isn't it illegal to say that someone is a murderer in published media without said person having been convicted?
That's libel, isn't it?

Can see internet lawyers being the new craze...
Damages here and there, as wonder how much ATS is worth or Infowars for that matter, if damages could be greater and if you can go after site owners before or after some of these new laws
It's nothing new. If you say something libelous about someone in any form of print media, the person can be held criminally liable.

Alex does exagerates and blows lot of things out of proportions, to get his points across, ganted.
And for sure has some character flaws, however he gave one of his best performances yesterday in his program and has Jesse Ventura back on the show..
Sometimes can't stand all his ranting and raving, then other times, can get enough, when he say's rally war cries of the revolution of humanityedit on 13-6-2012 by Physic because: (no reason given)

Good point, any green threads with post supporting the global warming theory would be closed or deleted, authors suspended if AJ was mod here...
Have not ever heard or recall AJ getting into the UFO discussions really, maybe referenced war of worlds, as psyops and roswell as a military operation..be nice to have everyone believing in little green aliens,. give everyone some hope, and cover up, what works and the project is about.
In all honesty though...
Alex is consider a trader, by the new NDAA law and the new social site, planetinfowars.com is a honepot of cells, who are all now being tracked due to their associations, comments and groups cell's missions and agenda's..
Anti government rhetoric is a terrorist crime, AJ is aiding and abetting and provoking civil unrest and disobedience, along with a list of other terrorist charges from comments from his show, members on website postings, and in general rebellion crime, is the Kings laws and everyone on the planet is subject to and of the dominion.
So yes, AJ is a terrorist and so is everyone else who does not comply with the empire....
He is not alone and would gather, that lot of members here

Thats another great point. I love Ventura. Not because of politics but because of wrestling. Its been very hard for me to watch such a bad mofo like him just be made into nothing by the system. Hes scared, attacked, and does nothing about it. And he was a seal. Its just sad to see him react like that but also how we treat our heroes. Its pathetic.

This thread has not been hoaxed yet, so it is now official, ats admits the truth, alex jones is a ats moderator
Or they don't mind a thread with the title "alex jones is a terrorist". Why no hoax?

Who is someone who you can compare to Alex who is not an idiot? His show has lots of guests, so take that is not a blanket statement about his show and just a character reference about him.
Rush? Beck? Jones?
3 stooges?
Jones is dominating more or less, with his aggressive strategy, that really is not that aggressive...edit on 13-6-2012 by Physic because: (no reason given)
