Throw them both out (please!), and we'll start over. And while they're at it, they should impose limits on Congressional terms, including age, citizenship, background check, etc.

I could go with that. I would even think of going as far as treating it more like jury duty. People are called to serve in the office of congressman or senator for a given term, then sent back home and back to their lives with special requiremets for employers to return them to their previous or better position. That would take all the life-long politicians out of the mix.

His father's citizenship does not matter. Why is that so hard to understand? The President was born in Hawaii (part of America) to an American citizen.

This new argument is not even valid as having a foreign parent does not give you foreign citizenship. It gives you the right of foreign or dual citizinship only. One still has to apply and even if they do it does not negate their (natural born) American citizenship.

The citizen parent lived at least ten years in the United States before the child's birth; (Dunham spent her childhood in Kansas and her adult life in Hawaii)

A minimum of 5 of these 10 years in the United States were after the citizen parent's 14th birthday. (See previous)

For persons born out-of-wedlock (mother) if all the following apply:

the mother was a U.S. citizen at the time of the person’s birth and (Dunham)

the mother was physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the person’s birth.[9] (See link for those born to a U.S. father out-of-wedlock)[8]

There is no question now at all. Born on US soil makes him a "natural born" citizen. The constitution makes no such claim about parentage as the birthers would have you believe and others who wont bother to actually look at the constitution and see what it says, not knowing any better , will jump on this band wagon that unfortunately has a weak wheel . Once again this is another birther lie and has been known as such for a long time. You would thing that if the birther case was as strong as they claim they wouldn't need to forge birth certificates and make up stories.

Okay, even if he is declared ineligible, hasn't he already been POTUS for his full term? Can we rewind the clock? Can we unbeat a dead horse? It's a done deal no matter his birth place, or can we ask for a 'do over' for the past four years? Everyone has to go back to where they were four years ago and let's do it all over again with McCain and Palin. There. That should do it.

There has been very few executive orders issued. So Libya is your biggest piece of ammunition? Well if it was so unamerican, dictator like, fascist, socialist, and tyrannical where is your representative or senator at making a big deal about it? Clinton got an impeachment trial for oral sex and lying about. One final note here. If you honestly believe that Obama is a foreign born non US citizen or dual citizen, do you think the federal govt and America will willfully admit to the world they let some non citizen run the greatest country in the world and he fooled us all. Plus it's the last couple months of his first term, it will change nothing. And better yet lets tie up our government and spend boat loads of money fighting everything he did while in office because we have plenty of money to spend. Plus all the proceedings will surely be over real quick( sarcasm added).
