Nuclear Power is one hell of a way to boil water - Albert Einstein

Need I say more.

The weak interaction or weak nuclear force is responsible for some nuclear phenomena such as beta decay.

Nuclear force is the strongest and for the alpha and beta to decay means something
stronger made the nucleus decay.

That is simple physics.

Weak or not in your language the electricity is there and is wasted now.

No, yesh. You said this:

Isn't radioactivity basically a form of electricity in the first place.

Electricity is ELECTROMAGNETISM. Fission chain reactions are used to boil water to turn turbines and create electricity but this does not make Radioactivity a form of the electromagnetic force. It is still the weak interaction. Electricity is always the electromagnetic force.

Although,I believe even Albert Einstein would agree, that placing Nuclear Reactors,on active Fault lines, has to be idiotic,to say the least.

Soon. Society will either willfully move away from harmful energy sources, or it will be forced to. The choice is ours.

japan seems kind of small but connected maybe a infrastructure with wireless transmission of energy based on better batteries and induction be better; especially if they already accept radiation from common electronics. but these reactors are going to open again and like another poster said why not just convert to a less toxic fuel source.

Agree. Mother Earth, always takes care of itself.

You do not need the fission of chain reactions to get the radioactivity that removes
charged particles from elements and compounds. Nuclear power is overkill.
The charged particles automatically become electricity as a battery creates ELECTRICITY
to start your car.
