Seeing as how this is the 9/11 forum, I thought that my intent was implied, that is, that he was never "officially" held responsible for 9/11. (Although that's what everybody blamed him for, especially the press and the WH.)

Maybe it's my fault for not making myself clear, I believed it was obvious.

But to state categorically, so there's no room for ambiguity, OBL was never sought out for the crimes of 9/11 by the FBI, even though that is what we were gunning him down for.

Actually yes, it DOES make sense smartass, b/c FBI usually doesn't carry Mousari transcripts, or the Commission report around them in their pocket.

It's a list of photos, and related crimes as a summary, and Bin Laden's face was NEVER on it.

Now you can argue the fact that the FBI is domestically restricted to the states, hence why he was never on there, but then you'd also have to ask IF THEY WERE SERIOUS, why would you grant an exemption to this man's family to leave the country after 9/11?

This isn't an oddity thing here, this isn't an "oops" moment, this is a series of oops moments that most ppl (hopefully) see, if not direct complicity with 9/11, then at LEAST the idea that we're not being told the whole truth about ANY of this.

And I have no problems with those ppl either, just those that regurgitate "the party line" about the OS and the WC report.
