Obama's hidden birth certificate now exposed

Earlier in this thread someone stated that because his Mother was 18 at the time of Obama's birth that disqualifies him from being a Natural born citizen. Will someone please provide a link that says a parent must be older than 18.

They also said because his Father was from Kenya and his Mother 18 it makes him a citizen only of Kenya. Again can someone please provide a link that supports that argument.

From what I understand. A person is considered a natural born citizen of the USA as long as one parent is a citizen and also holds residency in the USA. The law says nothing about the parent must be male nor does it say anything about age of the parent who is a citizen.

It does not matter if he was born in Kenya as long as one parent is a citizen.

Not true. If you read the wiki quotes from my post above you will see that you don not have to be born on American soil to be a natural born citizen.

If one parent is a citizen and a resident of the United States then their child is considered a natural born citizen no matter where that child is born.

However, if a child is born on American soil to foreign diplomats serving their country their child is not considered a natural born citizen.

Plain and simple Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States because his Mother held citizenship and residency in Hawaii. He is therefore completely eligible to run for and hold office of POTUS.

Actually it does have to do with your parents - but they are only relevant if they are not subject to US laws - eg they are diplomats - in that case you are not a US citizen by virtue of being born in the USA, because you are not subject to US law - you are covered by diplomatic immunity.

Your parents don't even have to be citizens - neither of them - for you to be a Natural Born Citizen - you just have to be born in the USA to people who are in the USA and you are subject to US law - that is what was established by the Wong Kim Ark case in 1892 - Wong was a US citizen by virtue of being born in the USA, even though neither of his parents were US citizens.

Obama's legality has nothing to do with his parents are everything to do with where he was born, Hawaii.

I have read a lot of "it's too late", and "it does not matter now that he is already Pres". The fact of the matter if he is not eligible then he is not President. That means anything that he has signed as president is not legally binding and not law. Take Obama care for instant. When the bill passed the house and senate it then goes to the president for signing, declining, or vetoing. Since there was no president in office at the time due to fraud, it would be the same as a pocket veto. In this case after a certain amount of time the congress can vote on it again and would require a 2/3 vote override the veto. This second congressional vote has to be accomplished within a certain amount of time or the bill/law fails. So what I am saying is if he is not eligible to be president then he is not and has not been president. And all these laws have fallen through. I do not know how to get all the money that he and his staff has spent but that should all be covered in a fraud case. Bottom line is there would have to be a lot of corrections made to the laws installed in the past 4 years. i have no idea about the people that he has appointed say to the supreme court.

Whats there not to understand? Its a claim that has been made time and time again and yet not one member of congress has done anything about it. Why? Because its just another fear tactic to rally the ignorant masses
