to find reality you must break through the veils of illusion .

what is reality and what is illusion ?

that is the tricky part to figure out

I agree with you. But why do you think it works like that? Why is it enlightening to wander in what we could consider as delusion? Is it just because we expand our point of view? Or is there a more metaphysical explanation behind this? Like some specific paths that our mind can take will lead us to different places? Is it all pre-wired in the brain or purely accidental and personal?

Basically, do you believe in the archetypal quality of some experiences? And if yes, what could be their origins?

No, the archetype was made up by jung.
I could make up many different arc types in a day.
the tarot, and astrology is archetypes.
In a way science is the arc type of nature.

As for why is it good?
Thats our thing.
As Humans.
I personally need no further explanation.
Its a point of irrelevance after that.

But I will help you further.
Arctypes are nothing but grand generalizations.
Information packaging if you will.
There are way cooler things then that. And more mystical too.

So Then if you know that history, then you now we are created as a work race to mine gold for the giants the walked the earth.

This was all in a time before religion. Everything origins from it. Even the Adam and Eva story. You know where Eva is created out of Adam's rib. Whats in a rib? Good dna. Adam according to the clay tablets was hybrid so they had to create a woman for reproduction.

Its save to assume this is true.

I love to explore those topics, but there's far too much assumptions in the work of Sitchin for my taste.

Also I believe that to doubt the intelligence and craftiness of our ancestors is insulting to them. They were not stupid, just very culturally different.

I am wary of those who try to minimize the achievements of the human race and depict them as nothing but slaves of some gods (even if in a way it's true).

Ah yes. How about the phenomenon surrounding plecebos? Why would this not be applied to other instances where one's beliefs influence the reception from an experience, instead of a supernatural explanation?

Reality:
n. The quality or state of being actual or true.

Illusion:
n. An erroneous perception of reality.

What is true?
adj. Consistent with fact or reality. Real; genuine.

What is fact?
n. Knowledge or information based on real occurrences

Circular reasoning at it's best

You are allowed to doubt the word of Sitchin. But the clay tablets dont lie. The one with the solar system on, how do you explain Pluto en that other planet on it in the right order?

Somebody who made them must knew stuff, that we are just capable of discovering ourselves.

I agree.

I was thinking more about cases where belief doesn't seem to play a role in the experience. Actually I was thinking about experience that change beliefs completely or create new ones, but falls outside the realm of logical reasoning.

Clay tablets don't talk

If they put Pluto, why wouldn't they put Eris too?

Well to each his own.
No?
I would seriously suggest a study of fractals and fractal cosmonology, if you want answers to how systems organize themselves, wether dead or alive.
But thats my thing.
You may find something else cool.
Btw I have an explanation to the placebo effect.
However since I have a book contract for it, I am not able to elaborate at this time.
Sorry.
It is not an spiritual phenenoma.
However, believing does help.

They did next to pluto. Quick google search Eris = planet x or niburu

Of course believing helps. It's a way of programming the silent pilot of our body, the subconscious mind.

why do you need to add suboncious to that sentence?
We are intact.
We are not different parts flying in many dimensions.
We are whole.
Our subconscious his part of us, part of the mind, and it is subconscious for a reason.

Thanks, I'll do. But then, what's the difference between a fractal structure reached by a self replicating system, and an archetype (not Jung's definition, common definition)?

I agree, it's subconscious because we can't pay attention to everything. I didn't mean subconscious in a "separate" mind way. Just another level of consciousness. But I still think that level of consciousness is the main pilot of the body, so healing can come up from there.

Well an archetype is a personality, a fractal is a self organizing organism (dead or alive).
If you want to consider the whole universe as an organism (d or a), you have washed up on the shores of my beliefs
