Clearly, some of the clips are hoaxes in the video posted by ChachiArcola on page 1 of this thread.
The soundtrack used for the “Chicago” clip & the “Kiev” clip are the same, but at different volumes.
The sound does not match either location.

I’m wondering where they got that sound. The much louder soundtrack used for the “Kiev” clip is what triggered my memory of the weird sounds I heard a couple of weeks ago.

Most of the sound effects do not sound like anything I remember, but at the 3:11 point there’s something that sounds close to
the sound used in the “Kiev” clip. It’s a very quick bit.

Very intriguing info. We know sound weapons were developed decades ago and can now be deployed by the police for crowd control. Psychotronic devices used by the government for mind control is a very scary idea.

Admittedly, that was a little cheeky! Do you have a serious response as well? I guess what I'm getting at is I'm hearing a lot of people saying "We should do this" and "We should do that" but I'm not seeing any examples or initiative from them. Typical armchair, instant gratification, pass the buck attitude.

Actually, I think you're being more than a little too hard on us armchair critics...uhm, I mean Opiners.


All organized movements started out as a part of "somebody's discussion table", proposal, argument, or P.O.V. etc...sometimes it led to change, sometimes it didn't.

I do understand your frustration, especially at the "apparent" lack of involvement around us.

Take the "Occupiers" for instance, okay let's not...sorry I had to fight off the cheek that time.

P.s. I wasn't kidding about the "asking" God part.
Maybe if more of us prayed, we wouldn't be in this situation.

It is very long, but I'd like to see if infra-sound (I believe this is what was discussed) is discussed in depth and post just this info to the thread. For your information, it tells you that your only hope is to be able to override your thoughts when you are feeling as though you're having thoughts that you wouldn't normally have such as to commit murder or suicide.

Here, I'll make it easy for you so you don't have to read it:

I'm just adding my two cents worth because I am slightly dubious about this whole "weird noises" debate that seems to have completely taken over ATS of late. I'm pretty open-minded generally, but the fact that so many people seem to be taken in by a handful of unconvincing youtube vids I find mildly amusing.

I shall reserve judgement until I hear "the noises" with my own ears thanks, but as it stands I'm calling BS on the whole thing.

Sorry, it's just that there are many who seem to come to ATS lately that only want to shoot down the members who are adding substantial research information as a way to discredit them and what they're posting. It's really becoming a jungle on here.

I would like to hear it myself, but I have yet to. There was a video from Florida I saw a couple of months ago that was real. The person who was video taping even called her kids in and you could hear someone in the background calling 911 asking if anyone had called in about a tornado in their area. The sound was deafening in the video, then it faded and you could hear the rain falling.

The part that has me convinced that this may be Project Blue Beam is because it seems as though everyone is being conditioned to videotape the sky. Once the holograms start, many people will already be prepared to tape whatever image is accompanying the noise.

I'll see if I can locate the Florida video. It's pretty freaky and I'm positive that it's not a hoax.

I believe I put it this way in StealthyKat's thread: " I couldn't decide whether to run and hide or just stand still and pee my pants while waiting for 'it' to come down and get me".

The sounds I heard caused a very visceral reaction, 'fight-or-flight' , acceleration of heartbeats and real fear that 'something' was about to show itself. I wasn't sick or tired or sleepy afterward, just awed. The sounds just faded out and stopped.

I haven't personally heard these sounds since last fall, by the way. I have not participated in any of the newer sounds threads, either. If you haven't heard the noise for yourself, it is too hard to comprehend.

I bet this will be on the next season of fact or faked
