Haha I like what they are doing, but I have no delusions, that means "I don't want my stuff to get smashed."
I'd say the same thing.

Putting the camera in the middle really was a bad idea though, I'm glad they decided against it. I want the outside view.

Richard Nixon had John Lennon investigated and tried to have him deported but was unable to find anything on him aside from a couple of old Marijuana charges. So he had to drop the investigation. The investigation ended long before he was killed and the two were unrelated.

He was killed by a crazy man named Mark David Chapman who at times believed he actually was John Lennon. So not any kind of political assassination. A murder by a crazy man.

wasnt mlk investigated by the fbi and then assassinated

MLK was investigated by the FBI and they found nothing more than embarrassing details about his sex life. He was killed by James Earl Ray and it had nothing to do with the FBI. James's actions were politically and racially motivated.

.the problem is the people have been peaceful for too long.

Have you never heard of Malcom X? He was a firm believer in " By any means necessary". In the end, it was non violence, over coming violence, that allowed for the many great advancements in Civil rights.

we have tollerated the idiots in government for too long

I agree.

hoping that things would change.the cops

Non violence did change things... Martin Luther King Jr's involvement in civil rights is a great example of just what can be achieved through non violence in the face of violence.

ruby ridge got promoted, the cops at waco got promoted.cops

Did they? Which cops got promoted to what rank? What are there names?

peace didnt make us free,violence

Killing each other will set you free from your body. But that's about it... The way to peace is not through war.
Unless you can point to any war or violent action that has led to world peace.

the threat of violence is all tptb understand.its time to school them.

The words" status quo is the result of violence" comes to mind.

Anyway, I do not wish to derail this thread, so I give you the last word.

Peace and love.

There was a social call out for bikes to "swarm" the block to stop police from getting in.. but the cars are most likely people just wanting to see what's happening.

100 riot officers, the horse patrol (something like a dozen) and 200 officers on stand by. Then there are the Federal officers on stand by as well.

It is.
Whether or not it amounts. It definitely has the general anticipation of an historic moment.
I'm digging it. Hoping the police just stand down. Way too many people to arrest which kinda makes it pointless.

Same, I think they are having technical difficulties. Looks like they are showing an open letter to police and playing music until they get it fixed....

Talk about bad timing for the feed to go down.

Pops link is still up. It is some news station showing what is going on.
