Neither did i. Some people are speculating that the weight gain is from a side effect to some medication he may be taking for manic depressant or what ever Axl has. Some of the comment on articles i read were funny though.

Frak the RnR hall of shame and frak GnR.

Deep Purple, Iron Maiden and Rush ain't in the hall of shame, therefore it is not a Hall of Fame. It's a joke.

GnR is also a joke. One good album, wow. Not enough to get in to the hall, but it's a joke so go ahead and let them in. They can be put right next to Madonna, that rocking chick.

I've seen GnR live. They were boring and not even close to hall of fame material. Axl is such a joke it's pathetic. Guy can't sing, spends more time changing his clothes than "singing" onstage and can't even be bothered to show up for his own gigs. The Montreal riot is one of the most awful shows in rock history. Axl got pissed because Hetfield got burned by a huge flame and wouldn't go on. They guy challenges Steve Perry for the of title biggest ass**** in all of rock history and that's pretty impressive.

Seriously, thirteen million dollars for the piece of crap that is Chinese Democracy. Didn't even sell half a million, IOW go gold. You really want this piece of crap band in the hall? Ok, whatever.

I'll pass.

One or two good songs but honestly, Axl's a dick and Slash is probably one of the most overrated guitarists of all time.

Average all round really.
