Yes it is an old clip that was directed at Nasa employees...this is no 'new' information, been posted before.

This has been covered (weeks/months ago?). Not only that, someone just recently posted it, explained it, and asked people not to post threads like this.

most big corps have similar stuff for families/employees. NASA just put it up a notch.

Being a BCDR specialist I can tell it never hurts to inform the general public. Started to put big water tanks in my house after Katrina.

I don't see any special message in this. Still think something is up in the world today though....
