Checking the Denver area - What is this on Google Map?

When reviewing the Park Meadows Mall location for this weekends 'Exercise', I found it interesting that the mall is like 1 mile from Arapahoe County Airport and so, I browsed around and out-a-ways I found an interesting blue thing with an address clickable link;

(44212 Rodeo Ct
Elizabeth, CO 80107)

but the link states;

'We currently do not support the location 39.5002,-104.49116'

Anyone know what this is?

It looks like coordinates. Had there been a picture, people could tell you what the picture looked like.

It's a Blue roof. On a house.

It's a roof. Funny, but we have a similar building in our town. Wish I could post it. Have no clue how lol
