Also, if you do a Google search of the JPEg from that error page, it only comes up with one result. That result is page 20 of this thread where a "newbie" posted this error dump message. This members only post was this:

Edit: guess I should of read more pages before jumping the gun and posting

In the hidden text box on the main page "www.enigma-amgine.com" I typed in "mission complete" and got the usual access denied (in this case 1666536). By now I've noticed that the number after access denied decreases with every "wrong" answer, so I repeatedly hit backspace/enter about 50+ times and this came up (whatever the hell it is, I probably just overloaded my browser)

I have a feeling the next clue is in relation to the TPE for the south Pacific weather patterns. In the tweets it seems like this eventually leads to Parker Richardson speaking about memory fragmentation in Lisbon. In the new page we have a prior event where Parker Richardson is giving a speech in Lisbon. It seems too coincidental, especially since the south Pacific weather TPE is the TPE that follows the one that brought London back.

Actually disregard that. The events in Lisbon take place before the south Pacific TPE. Richardson still has the connection with Lisbon, but seems to be due to the London TPE and not the south Pacific one.

Can anyone find any logic behind the second password?

TPE - I can understand, but where the heck did CE and 9718 come from?

Where are you guys getting all your story Lore from, just the tweets/journal jpg's or the short story from SO referenced earlier?

CE9718 has been important from the beginning. It is the differential that had one of its core attributes altered. As a result of this London was returned.

I think it is safe to say at this point that the next TPE in the story is meant to fix the tsunami that messed up the nuclear power plants.

Just the tweets and the pages. The events described in the pages seem like they will correspond with the tweets. So, now we have a background regarding what TPE means and how and why these people are changing the past. This then leads us to the event described in the first tweet regarding London's reappearance, which is further fleshed out in the second page. My guess is that either the next page is going to be Foster Tayler's statement regarding the London TPE, or it is going to be about the memory fragmentation in Lisbon.

I'm not so sure about that. If we look at the original page from Kent Alison he states that they only caused 9/11 and the economic collapse. While we're not sure why they caused 9/11, the new page says that they caused the 2007 financial collapse to cause larger incorporated territories to form, which will in turn prevent London from being destroyed.
