I think people just need to vote for RP and not participate in gatherings for anybody other than him. Anyone who thinks any candidate other than Paul is going to deliver the goods is still being hypnotized by the media bs. Some people woke up and then went back to sleep. Maybe they got scared at the prospect of a new reality?

Good take on the TP,best one I have read.
The fact that the TP just ignore and ridacule Ron Paul when he puts forth the true thought of people that REALLY want to take back America and turn it back into a "people of the constatution" country tells you who the people "running" the TP really are.The fact that the TP only support the GOP clones of the past should tell you the rest.
I don't think the majority of the Tea Party are like the people running it and will vote what they feel and not what they are told..............at least I hope so.If not we will just end up with Obama for another "4" or another clone that will do the same thing as the past 100 years "NOTHING".

As far as I'm concerned anyone who considers themselves to be "in" the TP but will vote for someone other than RP is an idiot.

Okay Einstein, if Paul doesn't win the primary, who will you vote for?

Well, then I hope you like the last four years, because with that attitude its what we will get for another 4 yearrs. Ask yourself if it is worth another 4 years of recession tottering on the brink of depression to act like you are taking a stand.

Palin and all the other assclowns only hijacked the name only, they did not hijack the people's sentiments and beliefs that are/were behind the tea party. The congressional black caucus can call the tea party all the names they want, but it won't change the sentiments behind it. The MSM can lie about how the tea party is a joke and ridicule and marginalize it, but it won't change the sentiments behind it. The people who are onboard with what the tea party stands for at its core are still on board, and that is why the tea party is getting attacked from all sides. It is still powerful and it will be the catalyst for change that we can believe in. You remember that line, right?

It's powerful enough to challenge the status quo up on The Hill, and why? Because it's a fairly large voting bloc. The liberal MSM has tried very hard to marginalize it, but it just won't go away. So then they started to demonize and defame. Some pretty wild antics coming from the WH.

It's not a large voting block, it is a small percentage of one group. If it is a large voting block then a Tea Party backed candidate would have won an election on a State level as well as district level. Show me one Tea Party candidate that won a Senate seat in the last election then I might believe you. (and I don't believe Rand Paul qualifies)

But it makes perfect sense to re instate the political party and ploy that initiated the economic
circumstance.

You guys expect Washington to save you, you are angry because Obama has been unable to
save you and you expect people to disregard the genesis of the recession, the vanishing of half
of the DOW and 500,000+jobs lost per month.

It is in this that I feel the upmost contempt for the Tea Party...

No, I'm sorry it is the Statists who expect the State to save them. That's what this is about. This is a fight for control of the majority rule in the most powerful country on the planet. I am and always have been for LIMITED govt. What part of that don't you get? I never said the Tea Party doesn't need to learn. I never take the Tea Party to be one voice either. (unlike the robotic SEIU and Union people who do what their labor leaders tell them).

Oh, and I found a good article on Iran, although admittedly its a bit off topic, but for the purpose of understanding my response to Vic's post that Tea Partiers will back anything the GOP does with Iran, I suggest that the history of Jimmy Carter's meddling in Iranian affairs is truly at the heart of the Iranian revolution, and when Paul supporters say the US was at fault, they are partially right. But again, let's remember that Carter was Tri Lateralist. I must say that not all T Party understand the role of the Tri Lateralists, and many Paul supporters are aware of the manipulations.

Here's another one detailing the effect Carter and the liberal left had on Iran

Apparently all of you are angry that the economy hasn't fully bounced back due to the installation of
another president. It seems like you expect state representatives to create better outcomes, not
different than the most hardcore of statists. To make your proclamation more silly, you are seeking to
gain control and wield the state itself as a tool to achieve objectives, VERY statist of you too.
Well it's good, the evil scourge of labor, representation and unionization will soon be gone. You will
have corporations shape policy at home in REAL LIFE and in society abound, the complete privatization
of America from stem to stern.

This admin is prolonging misery, just like FDR did, and besides that it is interfering in muslim nations just like Carter did. This admin is following all the typical leftist moves of previous leftist administrations. Nothing new, no real change, just more leftism.
BO threw a hissy fit when Republicans (even Establishment RINOS) didn't give him the pass he expected.

Why on Earth would BO, an ambitious politician, want to prolong misery? It sure isn't serving his
longevity is it?

Aside from Healthcare legislation, list some leftist moves on behalf of B.O
that do not stem from the economic misery? He is hardly behaving like a
lefty, hence the anger from his own base.

AND

Interfering with Muslim nations?

Like Reagan with Iran,Libya and Lebanon

Bush with Iraq, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia

Or Clinton

Or BushII

I am not sure what point you are making, at all.

I think BO's biggest problem is that he tries to deals with the right too much, he lacks the
totalitarian approach that W used to implement his successful, success.

I don't care. If It's not Ron Paul it wont matter. There is absolutely no difference between Obama and Perry. None
The are both conservative dems. Fox news has just got you guys brainwashed into thinking he's a socialist because of Obamacare which will never take effect. He had to do that (and the republicans had to let him) because if he didnt do that nothing would look liberal about him at all.

Obama = continued war and continued destruction of our dollar.
Perry = continued war and faster destruction of our dollar.
Bachmann = continued war and streamlined depletion of our rights and destruction of our dollar.

If you think you can strategize your vote to avoid the status quo you are kidding yourself. If you don't vote for RP you are voting for the status quo no matter how you want me to look at it.

Wow! You really need to learn more about the two men, and not on ATS either. I'm really kind of speechless and anything else I could probably say would be a violation of TOC.
