I got totally stumped on this question: "I believe that no large passenger aircraft struck the Pentagon and that some other type of military ordinance was used." Reason being is because I was supposed to be on flight 77 that hit the Pentagon. Reason why I didn't fly that morning and planned on leaving early the night before, is a story to be saved for another thread. We were staying at the Americana Motel on 9/11, which is pretty much down the street from the Pentagon and next door to the Embassy Suites and sits right off the freeway/highway. We had a clear view from our balcony as it faced the Pentagon, of all the fires that began to erupt and a view of the chaos (uniformed men and women were running away from the Pentagon towards our location, it was quite a scene). We didn't have a clear view of the actual area that was hit. I heard that the people we were there on business with got "something" on tape as they had their camera rolling after local news had reported that there was a plane flying over the White House in restricted air space. I'm no longer in contact with those people so, I don't know if they actually got anything. After that happened we all went our separate ways on getting back home. Unfortunately, we had to drive all the way back to California
Worst cross country drive of my life as we got stopped in every single state we passed through on the way home and in some states pulled out of the car one by one at gun point and questioned. Guess it had something to do with having Virgina plates on the vehicle or maybe because the four of us could pass for Middle Eastern even though we're all mixed...I dunno.

I have probably already said too much about my experience
However, I have always wondered, if that wasn't a plane that hit the pentagon, then what happened to the people who were on that flight? What would have happened to me

You get a star from me

Well, I'll tell you what...that can't "disinfo me"! But, I know what you mean

Tony Blair was the Prime Miniser and Leader of the Labour Party (Socialists) when he presented the falshoods of WMD's in Iraq.

This was a conspiracy to lead our country into an illegal war and for that reason I have given up on Party Politics. Whether you favour the left or right it really doesn't matter, as once you have any form of power you become a corruptable puppet.

Al Gore hasn't exactly covered himself in glory regarding Global Warming, Another conspiracy to justify taxing us and impeding on our freedoms, making us feel guilty for travelling by planes, trains and automobiles. Whilst he travels the world (by plane) in order to deliver his lectures on our road to ruin.

Personally, now matter who had been President during 9/11, fires don't bring down buildings especially one that wasn't even hit by a plane. If this was the case, why bother with expensive explosives anymore?

Anyway, as you said, everyone is entitled to their opinion and as I said, it will remain just that.

I didn't believe in any conspiracies until 9/11. All of your posts that I have read are poorly veiled insults to other members on these boards. I wish you posted actual data and facts, but you don't.

Yes I do. I always post links to reports, web sites, quotes and other sources I rely on to justify my positions. I just don't repeat them in every single post because it gets tiring, and for the most part, most people have already seen it. Give me an example and I'll post the proof I use to back the claim up.

Here's another poll question for you- If you didn't get the idea that 9/11 was some sinister secret plot to take over the world from wallowing in all sorts of other sinister secret plots to take over the world, then what was it? Was it...

A) Loose Change
B) Alex Jones
C) Some damned fool conspiracy web site or another

This actually might be something I can use to start another thread...

Then it all began...

No you didn't. Nobody saw live footage of the first plane hitting the towers. That footage wasn't released until hours later...Well except for Pres. Bush who claimed he saw it all live.

How do you know what he saw or when he saw what he did?

Did he claim he saw it "Live"?
Did he post the hour he saw the impacts on TV?

You're not doing anybody any favors.

I was kinda intrigued by the question that asked if you believed in conspiracy theories before 9/11. Aside from the fact that it's hard not to, given the Reichstag fire, Pearl Harbour, Golf of Tonkin, etc., etc.

I have heard the opposite of "Conspiracy Theorist" referred to as "Coincidence Theorist". I think that puts it all in perspective.

I'm interested in the reception of the 9/11 truth movement...

Another Crack Pot Dr. Judy fan but the fact is she has had her say and is done...thank you very much.

I know. There's plenty of time between now and September 7th to get a boatload of believers to mess with this poll.

At least he does separate us in the results.

The thing is my friend, you don't even have to be a member to join in the survey!!

Oh the madness of it all.

Can the same not be said about a boat load of Unbelievers?

As you have stated and as was first raised by Slayer, thankfully the results of the members will be seperate on this occasion.

How about a question such as:

"I don't know for sure whether or not a 'conspiracy' was present during the events surrounding 9/11, but I agree that we should have a new independent investigation."

[x] Strongly Agree

This poll was interesting, and while it didn't cover all it could, I think it covered enough. I'm interested to see how much of this site thinks which ways, and hopefully poll tampering will be as minimal as possible. Why someone would even do that blows my mind. I mean, are they afraid to find out what peoples' opinions are?

I'd just like to ask how many times surveys have been posted in the past?

Seems kinda weird how the owner does these surveys to get the majority of the people of views this websites thinking. Maybe hes being influenced by a higher power of some sort and is being manipulated into doing these sort of things.

My view is if you really want to know what the majority think here look at all the stupid stars and flags on the fake/creditable posts.

There is nothing more "meta" than a conspiracy theory about a conspiracy survey on a conspiracy theory site.

I just took the survey and I just read the first post on this thread and I have to say this is a quandery.

I did not necessarily like the wording of some of the questions but ya'll are right you have to keep a survey short.

This survey could have contained hundreds of questions and still not covered everything.

I am interested in the results. This is a tough one.

Also, Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park is doing what they call the "Field of Flags" where 3000 flags will be placed in the large meadow in front of the park to represent those whose lives were lost that day. Anyone in metro ATL should check it out.

I dunno. Usually there are a higher concentration of 9/11 conspiracy believers in the 9/11 forum. A majority of other members who are not crazy about their opinion avoid the forum altogether. I admit that as a (mostly) official story believer, I stopped going because it got so repetitive that it was just wasting my time posting the same arguments again and again and again just because a new member joined who didn't see the previous posts. Then, the older members would team up and act like they had never seen an ounce of evidence for anything, their memories wiped completely clean. I guess eventually you have to give up and let people believe what they want to believe, you know?

I heard the breaking news on the way to work and going up the stairs I met a colleague who laughed when he saw me and said Hey! Guess what, lame duck Bush just got the war you´ve been babbling about all year!

I was in shock over these terrible events but when I watched on CNN the THIRD skyscraper being annihilated, one that no airliner had hit, I knew that something was very wrong with the story that was being rammed through.

I always do these surveys before logging in. Just in case.

ETA: I was actually on my honeymoon when this happened. On the 10th anniversary, my divorce should actually be final. Interesting timing; what does it mean???
