I know theres lots of people out there just like myself. I wait for lightning storms so i can watch the spectacular show. Now getting pictures of lightning can be a little tricky, especially considering where i live we don't get many electrical storms.

I actually caught a few strikes with my crappy camera a few nights ago...Though i admit it took over 100 pics to get these three...

Lightning is like snowflakes, no two strikes are ever alike...

So if you happen to have some shots of lightning, post them here...

No google images please....

Only post pics you yourself have taken.

My great aunt caught lightening twice.

Both times she was sitting under a tree in a rainstorm.

Oh and one of those times, she was preg with my cousin who later became really important in the Alabama state govt after he grew up.

But yeah, that old lady caught lightening twice.

I hope I never catch it even once.

**WARNING TO ANYONE PARTICIPATING IN THIS THREAD**

Lightning can be dangerous.... Do not attempt to litterally "catch" it.

You might not like the results.

Actually if you think about it, all snowflakes and lightening strikes can be thought of as being exactly alike. In one respect at least.

They are all different from each other, therefore they all share something in common and are alike, since they are all different.
