I am "experienced" having meditated for 15 years ( give or take ).
Meditation should be done in the way that is the most comfortable for the person, I lie down on my back and just look at the clouds. Breathing should be done: In through the nose ( deep inhale ) and the exhale should be lung emptying and send the negativity out on the exhale and inhale positivety ( love, etc. ). And yes, just let go.

Busy hand quilting a wedding quilt for my nephew (and my casket quilt) and canning.
No apologies necessary. Without discussion and actually thinking about others opinions, our ideas don't grow and we all stay on the same boring 'track'

Hello Khali & Grower!

Nice to see you both back. I've been busy myself so just checking in.

Am not sure what I feel about the Oct28 website at the moment. I may be picking it up incorrectly but the main page talking about PI with pics strikes me as in error as those spirals etc relate to Phi not Pi as do the clock hands that seem to show 137 degrees, the first position of the Phi sequence for drawing the spiral.

What I've come to re Pi is that it is a timeline within Phi. Where Phi describes a dimensional spiral that goes on and on and Pi a dimension of time within that.

I'd really suggest taking a look at the Remote Viewing research at the farsight.org... as I think what they are saying has a lot more significance than people realise. They use very humorous videos to get their point across so will give one here as an example. It explains what they are trying to do far better than I could summarise it:




As for the website it might or might not be leading somewhere, but the manual 5 leading to a page which involves sales does break the this involves no money promise. However the discussion along the way on this thread has mostly been worth it.
