newbie

Hey all, thought I would finally take a few minutes to introduce myself.
Been reading for.....meh, a week or something like that and after realizing that I really wanted to comment on some things, thought it best to do an intro first.

Have been on and off discussion boards of various types for the last 5 years.
They've been mostly religious in nature, or education.

I woke up last week and thought:
why do I feel like I'm the only one of my friends wondering why we didn't get to see OBL's body?

This comes on the heels of me being the one out of all the fbers in my group that posts the stuff that people do roll their eyes to.
So, to be honest, I found this place by googling conspiracy theories, just because I figured not being totally convinced that OBL was either truly dead or that in general something didn't add up, pretty much might put me in the category of the same people who are now claiming that Jim Morrison is alive and well.

Busy mom of 2, am more likely to be reading voraciously on here, but will try to post occasionally.


Oh, and the SangriaRed comes from the fact that I was drinking Sangria when I decided to join and make it official, and well, it's red.

Welcome and if you're drinking Sangria out of gallon glass carboys save those things to sell on eBay or Craigslist! They make excellent small fermenters for brewing experiments and folks like myself are always looking for extras!

Like you, I'm one of the few people I know to question the official line of BS fed to us about OBL. I get plenty of rolled eyes and evil glares from people who clearly think I'm crazy. You're in good company here. =]
