I imagine its far fetched to see him run in that capacity.
Considering his spoken goals of more oversight, and
his defense of the peoples rights, I would be very suprised.
He is/was/may still be the socialist darling for the French Presidency IIRC - so those comments fit perfectly IMO.

Yes but look more closely at the Mahmoud Omar case....a 75-76 year old Muslim ex chief of an Egyptian bank......
a very dear friend of Strauss-Kahn.....and accused of the same thing
come on, both cases identical, maids in 2 separate NY hotels.......
does'nt make sense

The problem with this theory of yours is this is the PROSECUTION discrediting her. The same prosecution who claimed her testimony was 'air tight'.

DSK was taken down. That is obvious. Why is another question.

He was going to resign to run for the French presidency anyway.
So getting him out of office by such a ruse seems pointless.

Only if you have a very superficial understanding of the case.
The thing is, he was 'removed' from his position at a key time. He was on his way to a meeting with Andrea Merkel relating to both Greek and Irish 'bailout's, and was replaced by John Lipsky who made KEY DECISIONS regarding both those country's austerity measures tat would have been made by DSK. So, all they needed was the window of time. And now they have Legaurd, who is US trained and employed!

Ya know American immigrants are more vulnerable, they don't speak the laungage, welfare ridden hovels they live in, the american dream blah blah blah
