I was wondering that myself. What breaking news? I voted for Obama. I don't regret it, because I still think we're better off than with McCain. With McCain we'd be in 10 wars instead of only 5.

You know what's funny, when Obama and MC Cain were running at the time, I called Obama's politcal HQ and asked them how do I vote for MC Cain? Needless to say, they were not helpful. I couldn't vote that year and was too late to vote. So, I'll be voting this year.

He doesn't support America. He won't raise his hand to the American flag. Which means he's not proud to be an American. He wants a Muslim religion. I love Obama and the Good ole US of A. When Obama is reelected you will see why all his supporters are so silent. The people who hate him will realize how much of an outlier they actually are when they are blind sided by his reelection.

I actually liked it a little more when dubya was president cuz he kept spening and spending and never cut anything. My welfare check and food stamp allocation each month was much higher when he was president. You see I work in the film industry and get paid in cash each week, which is close to almost 2k a week. Since I dont report my income I still qualify for my monthly food stamps and welfare checks. I use my welfare checks to purchase a new firearm every month and I own currently more than I can count. I use my food stamp money each month to purchase lobster, crab, filet mignon and other expensive food most people would think twice about purchasing. Plus I have also been purchasing gold and have over 20k in cash in my safe. People who complain about entitlements need to start working more and worry about themselves and their families. Im guessing u guys are jealous because you are not recieving free food or money like me.

Everyone , one way or another is getting something from the governement. Whether it is your tax return or food stamps, SS or medicare your are still getting something for free from the Government. The military has probably one of the biggest entitlement programs in the whole government. The extra money they recieve to pay their rent or the grocery allowence they recieve or they extra pay for having children or the 1500 they give for 30000 in their GI bill. Its extra cash they recieve that no other private company would ever give their employees. What have they done to earn the extra money? Nothing. I guess they are entitled to it becuase they are in military. Even though they already recieve their paychecks. And where is that money coming from? The good ole U.S govenment.

Im getting tired of the same people crying about obama and entitlements. Instead of sitting at you computer and creating threads to whine, go out and actually do something about it.

Yep, that's the funny thing about people who are always so vocal when they think they are always right.....when they are finally wrong, instead of standing up and admitting it and wiping the egg from their face in humility....they just keep silent and hope everyone will forget about it. It is hard coded in every forum entry they wrote though...their ignorance is NOT forgotten. There were a couple of people that came on here and admitted that they were wrong and I commend them, no ones perfect, but the narcissism of most is just amazing. They argue their case, exalt Obama and fight to the bitter end in his defence and say things like "poor Obama, Bush left him with such a mess", but they don't explain why Obama renewed all of Bushs' Tyrannical policies like the Patriot Act 2 and signing policies that held detainees imprisoned indefinately..even if they were proven innocent in a court of law. How about all the lies he has been telling about bringing troops home for 10 years now.Granted, he is supposed to bring home 10,000 troops by the end of this year (2011) but that is only because conveniently it is now re-election time, he also killed Bin laden (probably), we will never really know though because there is no evidence of his death other than leaders who actually lived in the middle east who said he died in 2001, like Benazir Bhutto (who was then later murdered.) Back to the 10,00 troops that he is bringing home at the end of 2011 THAT'S GREAT RIGHT??? Maybe, but consider that he sent 4000 over there in may of 2009

This is a hop scoth tactic where they send in a lot....the public gets mad, then they bring home a small fraction of them to pacify stupid people who constantly fall for it again, and again. These Obama supporters are those I speak of. They will believe in ANYTHING to continue to be "right"...even if they are still wrong. I have seen posts already on them blasting people on how great Obama is for "not lying" and bringing troops home like he said he would but, their ignorance is as thick as Halloween mist and almost as thick as their skulls. So he sends a lot and brings back a few and once again...the Obama supporters feel smart.
They remind me of a guy on an ICP song that said "I might be ugly but at least I ain't got no money!"....The rest of us are laughing at you Obamans.

Dream on. Because of Obama.. many don't have jobs, money or housing. Besides, he renewed the Patriot Act and signed Executive Orders that destroyed our nation just as much, if not more than Bush. Can't even show us a dead body of thr most wanted terrorist who killed thousands of our people and supposedly the very reason for all of this war, yet they can show us the very towers exploding and OUR AMERICAN people dying and jumping from buildings over and over and let us see the dead bodies of our soldiers and those in the middle east we are slaughtering.......but Osama's body....that's, as they said "too graphic" to show, let alone prove it even existed, other than the words of the very ones in government who lie to us daily and steal from us. Everyone knows the people who are birthers are gullible because most of their evidence about the birth certificate came from shoddy sources that most sensible people wouldnt even read.The same people I see here in support of this thread are the same ones I saw supporting the birther thread. I voted for Obama and I think he's done a real shoddy job so far. Especially now that he's been so kind as to "Bring home the troops" which he sent over there a year ago.

However, anyone who thinks McCain would have done a better job needs to have their head examined. If the republicans want Obama out, get someone who's not even 1/4 the idiot McCain was and you'll gladly have my vote.

During the primaries, Obama promised that he would withdraw troops from Iraq by August 2011. He also promised that he'd increase troops in afghanistan and focus war efforts there. He never promised to "bring all troops home", this is incorrect.

Partly, but the other side is that (insert any recent presidents name here) allowed our manufacturing base to be further dismantled and off shored, causing a loss in the American workforce. I was a victim of the foreclosure crisis, and I was a Triple A paper (AAA) loan.

Its not the fault of the defaulters when the jobs they worked to pay for their homes are given to other countries and not replaced. You work all your life to make VP or higher, then your industry goes overseas. Guess what? no one is hiring at the VP executive level, so you try to go for a lesser position. Guess What? You are overqualified, and there are 25 other ex-VPs competing for some mid level management position that will inevitably go to a younger, less experienced candidate because they are easier to cheat out of benefits.

So, take that out of the equation, and you have senior members of the US workforce, who out of desperation and necessity will work anywhere and do anything to support their families, even fast food, but BOY are you overqualified to flip burgers, and guess what? you don't get hired.

The SYSTEM is flawed. Obama is just a part of it. So was Bush. These guys are symptoms of the bigger issues, not the causes. Until America wakes up and realizes this, It won't get any better.


I've said this a million times, and I will say it again here. Obama, Bush, Clinton, -they are all puppet's. The debate on which side is better is meaningless, because they both represent only an illusion of choice.

Of course Obama supporters are quiet. They put their faith in someone else to fix things, and we are all realizing that if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. There is no magical savior in politics capable of fixing everything we don't like. Ron Paul may be a start, but good government requires P-A-R-T-I-C-I-P-A-T-I-O-N, and bad government is what you get when you continually expect someone else to look out for your best interest.

Realize that government only serves to build a bigger government, not to care about its people.

Next I would have to say 'why would I bother" and I would never bother and why? because anyone who posts anything positive would have to wade through a poop storm of the most nonsensical BS imaginable. If it isn't the birth certificate issue and all its myriad sub issues, its NWO agendas or the fearmongering over healthcare and socialism.

In the end no supporter of Obama has to say a word because the detractors end up just sounding so out of touch, that they validate a supporters point of view.
