Inside the airforce base is the naval base so kind of one and the same.

Apparently if you read the report they entered through the PAF museum which has lower secruity (???!!!)

That's exactly what the CIA is trying to find out at this moment. They've been showing alot of interest in Pakistan's nukes for about 5 years now. Keep in mind that the CIA is just plain incompetent (or just so competent it hurts lol) They would have to have ALOT of support in order to order a raid on those nukes. And something tells me that support is gonna be garnered soon.

Ten explosions and gunfire heard inside the PAF Museum on Shahrah-e-Faisal Road in Karachi. Towering flames arose from inside the PNS Mehran compound. Eight to 15 terrorists entered the compound suggest initial reports.
