Look, my friend, I was just saying that kelly had a point when he/she indicated that there's no where better to go really. That is all. It wasn't really meant as an attack on your position. I just think that sometimes when we rail against TPTB it can sound like this is the worst place in the world to be. The problem as I see it, is it once was the absolute best place in terms of standard of living and freedom, but that is changing. And I have to say, that the idea of giving amnesty to millions of people whose first act here was illegal entry.... how can that be a good thing? Many of these people are criminals in their own country of origin. It is sheer stupidity to allow this raping of our great nation to continue. Globalists have this do-gooder thing about fixing other nations. Isn't it foolhardy to continue giving billions to foreign nations while we are borrowing from China? While the Socialist globalist do gooders and greedy bankers are making a profit sending billions of dollars to foreign countries, our own standard of living is becoming imperiled. At some point we have to say, oh wait it's not our fault and not our responsibility. But who is listening? The Tea Party is demonized for opposing the Marxist crminals in the WH>

And all that being said...I actually agree with your position on this Swat attack on a returned vet who appeared to be a threat. You see I have read up on the DHS efforts to eliminate the threat of returning vets and the organization of grassroots militia, because these people know how to use guns, and this is also the reason for gun control. The populace must be disarmed. This admin has been a Marxist coup from the get go. I expect it to get very ugly unless we can vote these insane people out. They are radical revolutionaries who used our own system against us. In fact, BOs civilian army is the absolute antithesis of the grassroots militia. He is a very dangerous man with dangerous ideas.

They wanted this soldier dead. He must have known too much. Sounds like another Pat Tillman killing to me. What will his child grow up to see the world as?

If you are a cop here I dare you to defend your fellow scum.

I won't. Not all cops like each other. I would know. Because I'm a security-officer working for a private security firm that has cops working for it. Just saying.

Listen up all of you acting as apologists for the police in this action. There is one simple fact that blows the doors off your arguments: the cops watched this man die slowly and painfully for over an hour when help was right outside. This makes these men subhumans, no better than nazi guards who stood calmly by while watching other human beings die under their charge. This is why you are wrong and you have no rational defense of this. And if these animals are capable of this, then a logical person calls into quuestion EVERY SINGLE WORD any other these cops offer as reasons and justification.

Think about, these men stood calmly by as a man died painfully and slowly, not even allowed the simple dignity of dying with his wife at his side in private. No, they even withheld that final gesture. These "cops" are the lowest life forms on the planet, period. No non-human animal is this cruel. No decent human being is even capable of this. You have to be one sick SOB to have accepted this. Case f*ing closed, except to say I will bet that a grand jury indeed brings at least manslaughter charges and likely murder charges for allowing him to die. And oh boy what fun it will be for these scum to spend time with all their new friends in prison.

I refuse to believe anything written in this article... Any "author" who uses language like :

"He Served the Empire Abroad; The Regime Killed Him in His Home"

"The former Marine was slaughtered by a SWAT team during a May 5 assault on his home in Arizona."

"The attack on their home "

"even though the invaders reportedly “seized” (that is, stole)"

"the indecent eagerness of the armored adolescents who compose its SWAT team"

"wife of the murdered ex-Marine"

"a Regime capable of sending Americans"

is no author at all... it's inflammatory propaganda...

BS

The ambulance arrived 2 minutes after the 911 call; that's already been established. Just as it has been established that the paramedics were prevented from caring for the man for over an hour until the cops radiod that he was now dead and they weren't needed anymore. Simply subhuman. I would not do that to an insect, but hey, I don't get off watching things die slowly and painfully and without dignity with a bunch of amped up thugs standing around.

I think what has many of us in rage who might otherwise, maybe, give these cops the benefit of the doubt is that they let this man die slowly and in pain for over an hour as they held paramedics back from trying to save him, give him morphine, whatever. This is the simple and undeniable reason why these "cops" are subhuman, inhumane scum and deserve murder charges to a man. You tell me what sort of person can allow that in their presence. I think of many in history who get off on that...serial killers, Nazis, Attilla the Hun's warriors, priests of the Inquisition....now we can add Tuscon cops to that list.

The same thing happened to me, my sister who served in Iraq got killed in her home, the same way.

No-knock procedure, and guess what , they stormed the wrong house,my sister died because of their ignorance

I mean seriously, she been murdered in her hallway ,in her pjs...
It just sicken me

So what happens here? SHE WAS YOUR SISTER! What are you doing about it? Whats ANYONE doing about these atrocities that are taking place? If that was my family member, I would have killed anyone involved that I could find. It may seem like 'an eye for an eye' mentality, but when big changes need to take place, extreme measures need to be practiced. Nobody is doing anything about this. It's time to nut up, or shut up. It seems everyone has something to say, but nobody really wants to be heard.

Think you're being a little hard on him Julie, isn't it bad enough he lost his sister. Unfortunatley there is little many can do under such circumstances, and to beret someone for not "nutting" up, is adding salt to the wounds in my opinion. Justice takes ALOT of money ,and I mean ALOT, and sometimes that doesn't even help. There are those in power who cover up many wrong doings, and thats just the way it is.
As far as you saying you would have killed anyone involved, that's just plain ludicicracy, and I'm sure you never really meant it. If you tried that, you would be labelled a psycho, never accomplish it , and end up washing dishes at your local pen. What would that accomplish ?? Not much.
edit on 13-5-2011 by gabby2011 because: (no reason given)

you forgot, his parents are dead too....so it's just him now.

you can't bait this man into becoming a vendetta killer. though suing the PD into the stone age should've been appropriate. if nothing was done to the PD responsible, mourning was done on his part.

I understand the "not all cops are bad" argument and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt in many situations (I don't buy it anymore, but I understand others do...until they learn for themselves that cops draw from the dregs of society all too often these days...you know, they hire the sorts of dimwitted characters who were bullies in school and like strutting with weapons on their belts and probably enjoyed pulling the wings off flies as little kids). BUT, this is a situation where NONE of the typical arguments can logically apply due to the witholding of medical and watching him die...slowly...and in grueling pain...and not even in private...with his child nearby. It is simply unfathomable that any sane and decent human being can make any case on behalf of these animals. Those who try reveal a great deal about themselves; I certainly would not trust my children in the care of people like kelly(whatever) and the other person. Not on my life.

@TrueAmerican: I thouroughly respect your morality and greatly admire your passion.

The only way forward is that Americans not vote for Republican Socialism or Democratic Socialism.

Americans need to recognise their constitution and what it stands for.

"Under fascism, citizens retain the responsibilities of owning property, without freedom to act and without any of the advantages of ownership. Under socialism, government officials acquire all the advantages of ownership, without any of the responsibilities, since they do not hold title to the property, but merely the right to use it—at least until the next purge. In either case, the government officials hold the economic, political and legal power of life or death over the citizens"
- Ayn Rand

Americans must first demand that their constitutional rights be strictly upheld and maintained. If this is not forthcoming, then they are morally bound to fight for it with the mantra "Give me freedom or give me death"

Also note that Obama signed the executive order that surrendered the constitutional rights of the American people. "The White House released amending Executive Order 12425. This grants Interpol (International Criminal Police Organization) more domestic power than the FBI and/or local police forces and it is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests."

Where was the outrage when constitutional American was literally signed away?

FOR GOD'S SAKE, when will you people stop voting in the Republican thugs that cheer this sort of sh*t on and pour money into local police arsenals.

It is interesting that the sheriff of Pima County, AZ is a Democrat, is it not? Remember Clarence Dupnik?

This is absolutely appalling and it seems these cases are happening more and more frequently. Americans need to wake up and realize that the current system is not working.

I'll concede you are right, on both counts. Both parties are owned by business, both are cheerleaders for unprovoked war and for arming local police to the hilt. I don't agree 100% with Ron Paul, but I sure respect his integrity and true adherence to the Constitution.

The attack on their home was described as a narcotics enforcement operation, but there are no reports that narcotics were found at the residence – - even though the invaders reportedly “seized” (that is, stole) something that belonged to the victim.

What did they take? Were they there to recover something 'sensitive'? What or who did he know? Why were the cops really there? And why did they wait to make sure he died?

Americans we have a real hero here.

Don't let your anger at the system or the police take away from the respect due to the fallen.
The Honor Role grows longer.

Absolutely disgusting. And to think even if this is real it will probably never even make it to the MSM.

Of course the SWAT team will try to sound like they're completely innocent. For all we know, one of the officers involved with the incident had something personal against the ex-marine.

A man so dangerous, even after being shot at 71 times, that ambulance paramedics arent allowed to go near him...

The 911 call center notified Drexel Heights at 9:43 a.m.
A unit arrived just two minutes later at 9:45. However, deputies told rescue workers to stay put.
But paramedics waited until 10:59 a.m. Then they heard the radio call "Code 900", which meant they were no longer needed because the person was dead.
After one hour and 14 minutes, Drexel Heights indicated they were never allowed to even examine Jose .
