I'm worried that they were being silenced!

I'm more worried that my old R&D projects have been confiscated by the American government, They were alien level tech projects the kind of stuff NASA does. But all new and all being developed.
I'll make a few calls and see what happens.

You've got to go to his friends and see if you can post it if it was something that they're trying to keep silent.

Regards

God you are so smart when it comes to Guns. I wish I could be just like you. After all, I guess the AR doesnt have and effective range of over 500 ft, where he could knock off police officers two blocks away. Nope, that Thompson is so much better with an effective range of 50ft. That is what the military should be using today, a weapon from almost 90 years ago. My God you should be running our military. You are so smart. Why did we ever switch weapons? Please explain oh master of weapons! ( I put two elementary sites down for your reading so you may grasp what effective range means)

en.wikipedia.org...

en.wikipedia.org...

You are, absolutely, without a doubt, a buffoon of the highest caliber... no pun intended. You know absolutely nothing about weapons especially given the context. First of all, 50 feet is approximately the range this man was shot at. Second of all, at that range the 223 bullet in an ar15 will punch right through and do minimal damage. A 45, however, will kill someone or incapacitate them in one shot. Moreover, the rate of fire on a thompson was unreal - especially a full auto tommy like the ones they used in that time period. NEVER MIND THE FACT AN AR-15 IS SEMI-AUTO. If this guy would have had a tommy gun, none of those cops would be around to tell their story if he pulled the trigger. Actually, I'm wrong, they would - BECAUSE HE DIDN'T PULL THE TRIGGER.

FFS.. If you're going to get condescending, rude, and preach from your little holier than thou pedestal, you could at LEAST have a clue in your head and quit crapping up the forums with your idiotic banter. Take a lesson from me - I'm being condescending, rude, and preachy because I'm effing right and you're wrong and need to be told as much.

FACTS:

1) It was 9AM and he was tired from a 12 hour shift. *EDIT* This needs additional clarification. Ever been in a house from someone who worked second shift at 9am? It's dark. Open a door with bright sunlight outside and what do you get? A silhouette of a men with guns. There is no reasonable way to see anything other than a black outline, meaning their outfits would not make them discernible.
2) HE DIDN'T FIRE A SHOT - check the LT's statement on the 11th.
3) THEY ROLLED UP IN UNMARKED VEHICLES - CHECK THE PICTURES OF THE CRIME SCENE
4) They denied him medical assistance until he was dead, which is UNLAWFUL
5) They fired 71 shots because "a wood chip flew off"
6) He had no criminal record beyond some traffic tickets.
7) They had no reason to be there. Tell yourself whatever you want to sleep at night, but they had no reason to be there in that manner. They were serving a warrant. They chose to act like gods amongst men and their self-righteous behavior cost someone who sought nothing more than to protect his family his life.
8) He was a minority

Do the math or go live in your fantasy world where only the wicked are killed by the holy knights of the fraternal order of police. Reality states quite plainly, on a regular basis that the story is FAR different from the fiction you live in.

is taking place? Oh never mind I forgot my lessons of youth. Do as we say, Not as we do.

So do you have a problem with them prohibiting medical attention for over an hour until he died? Good, honest law enforcement tactics you think? If not, and you agree they let him die slowly and prohibited him getting attention, then you also have to think, well gee, maybe these are not honest good cops after all but simple killers acting under the color of law.

In the medical world, a person would live, IF the bullet ONLY penetrated the abdomen, thru to the stomach, a possible 15 minutes. It is a horrible death- as we all know that our stomach is filled with hydrochloric acid. As the blood begins to intermix with the stomach acid, this causes fatal toxemia and extreme blood loss in the individual.
I would bet that if no one received medical attention, and a bullet penetrated stomach with substantial force, that the individual would die of blodd loss, within fifteen minutes of penetration.
My guess is just that- a guess. In healthcare, it is hard to determine when someone would die of an injury of this nature- as it is an easy (easier said than done!) operation and people do not usually die from this wound (because they seek medical attention).

SO why havent the FBI made any arrests on this department? They're a seperate identity and have no feelings of honor or loyalty to local authorities. If you believe they were wrong so much, then why has nothing been done? Too bad, no answer huh?

As far as the AR-15 point of note. My point was what would be better for the victim to use to start defending him self? Ar-15 could make a useful weapon from a distance. The thompson could not. That was my point. I know you need to think you know more about weapons and had to show you know what a .45 caliber is. And thats fine, I believe you. But you missed the point from the get go. Its ok.

Sad indeed... law dogs are wako's in our country !
I know several coppers.. and frequently read the cop forums,, Just for the shock reading of how those freako's think !.
Almost just like the old days in school,, the jocks and socialites wound up being cops and lawyers , judges and prosecutors . They pick on and abuse the people today just as they did in school ,, Except they are getting evil about it !

If that is fact and they let him die, then all of those cops need to be arrested and put away! However, is it possible that they called for help but an ambulance didnt arrive for a while. Maybe they made the call but the help didnt arrive for that amount of time. Maybe the paper or news organizations want to paint the police as bad guys, much like you do. All Im asking is, is it possible?

For someone as "smart" as you seem to think you are, are you able to read? Several times it has been mentioned that the medical team was HELD BACK. THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED ON SCENE. They were there... way before this guy died. They let him bleed out.

But i'm sure in some twisted way you will say that is his fault. And this is not the first time SWAT or PD have done this before. A little bit of research can bring many examples. But then again.. I "must" be wrong because this is the greatest place ever! Cops would never let a suspect die while in custody. Oh heavens no.

Oh and your comment about the Government having our best interests at heart.. I damn near fell out of my chair laughing. Seriously.. you can't honestly believe that.

No-knock procedure, and guess what , they stormed the wrong house,my sister died because of their ignorance

I mean seriously, she been murdered in her hallway ,in her pjs...
It just sicken me

So what happens here? SHE WAS YOUR SISTER! What are you doing about it? Whats ANYONE doing about these atrocities that are taking place? If that was my family member, I would have killed anyone involved that I could find. It may seem like 'an eye for an eye' mentality, but when big changes need to take place, extreme measures need to be practiced. Nobody is doing anything about this. It's time to nut up, or shut up. It seems everyone has something to say, but nobody really wants to be heard.

Think you're being a little hard on him Julie, isn't it bad enough he lost his sister. Unfortunatley there is little many can do under such circumstances, and to beret someone for not "nutting" up, is adding salt to the wounds in my opinion. Justice takes ALOT of money ,and I mean ALOT, and sometimes that doesn't even help. There are those in power who cover up many wrong doings, and thats just the way it is.
As far as you saying you would have killed anyone involved, that's just plain ludicicracy, and I'm sure you never really meant it. If you tried that, you would be labelled a psycho, never accomplish it , and end up washing dishes at your local pen. What would that accomplish ?? Not much.

Seriously? Yeah, FBI investigations only take a week.

Look how long it took to convict the dirty cops from Katrina!! FBI investigations can take years.

And I got your point from the get go, but it's wrong, anyway.

An Ar-15 is a great home defense weapon, as it will penetrate heavy clothing and body armor, with a high velocity small caliber round, and after entering the body, the projectile will usually tumble and expend the majority of it's energy before exiting the other side, meaning less collateral damage due to overpenetration common with 9mm, .357, and even .45's. Plus with low recoil, it's easier to stay on target for possible followup shots than a large caliber handgun/carbine.

Him being innocent with no drugs in the house is more of a reason to be jumpy with masked gunmen on his property!! If he were doing something illegal, he would realize it was a raid, and be flushing his stash, not trying to defend his family from armed attackers!! If masked gunmen broke down my door without announcing that they were police beforehand, there would be a similar response.

This is so horrible, we should take a collection and donate to his family. If he was working 12 hoour shifts, I'm sure they could use it.

She does have a point here. Where else would you like to live? In Kosovo? Cuba? I hear they have great clinics for the poor people. How about Brazil? Yes lots of land, they are wealthy but don't they have poor people living in cardboard boxes? Or was that Bolivia where they have that crazy mountain road where cars fall off the cliff trying to pass each other? I know of one woman who was from Brazil and she says they are Marxist. Here's a major site referencing Marxism in Brazil. www.marxist.com... and another one here www.socresonline.org.uk...
Anyway, South America is notorious for children living in cardboard boxes. Or India. It could be fun living in New Delhi where people knock on your car window hocking kleenex, and the traffic is really fun too, no clear lanes, you can be driving in a lane and a car coming the opposite way in your lane and everyone sort of just gets out of the way. It's amazing more accidents don't happen there. Oh yes and the cabbies don't cry when they hit mongrel dogs in the road(that's from a personal experience). Oh yah, and by the way, don't ever drink the tap water there, ever!
Yes, there are lots of lovely places in the world to live in. Go for it.
www.partners-in-missions.org...

Brief History: 1984, Al Sanchez (then at Christian Service Corps in Maryland with his wife Marie in training to become missionaries) came to Guatemala to investigate what the Lord might want him to do there. What captured Al’s attention more than anything else in Guatemala were the children—hungry, dirty, sick, begging, many living in cardboard boxes on the streets

Nor sure how your rant about other countries had anything to do with the Out of countrol abuse of authority problem we have in this country, nor did you come anywhere close to addressing anything I said in my post.

The fact remains,
as long as we have a majority of people with the....."At least it's not as bad as" bandwagon then things are only going to get worse.

I have no problem admitting that ...."America isn't as bad as"........
The problem is....that has nothing to do with ANYTHING!!!!

Apparently America IS as bad as it IS and many people want it to get better.
But, US wanting it to be better suddenly means we need to move to another coutry rather than fix the
one we have.

Again, very simpleminded approach being used by the "at least America isn't as bad as" crowd.
I suppose what you guys say is true but.........what's your point exactly???

This is a very sad situation and I hope she and her child can recover from such a terrible loss. The people of America are generally decent and good people so I hope those from other countries do not think We The People have condoned this. The worst people have been put in charge of our country through whatever means. I do not agree with the America must be the world's cop. The system has been perverted by thugs who have superior weapons and tacit compliance. We are not like this as people. The peace movement is dead. Hope your conscience is important to you. Good luck to all.

It had to do with living in other countries, which you seem to think there is an abundance of great places to live other than the states. But then one would have to ask, why do so many millions of people come to the States on a yearly basis and apply for citizenship?

That being said, I do not appreciate the continual and accelerated encroachment on our liberties and the deliberate advancement of Socialism destroying the fabric of the free market. And yes, I totally agree with you on fixing our country, but you see when those who try by legal means and the Constitution, the means afforded us, at the ballot box, we are told we are dangerous by DHS. Tghe Tea Party opposes exaqctly the kind of things eroding our liberties, that is taxation without representation, socialism, Marxism, crony capitalism, corruption on all levels. The Tea Party protested in DC and what did our POTUS say? Oh I didnt notice you. Got any new ideas?
