Couldn't resist... But on a serious note, I do not believe in a messiah, but I will tell you, that I do find it odd that a Rabbi would claim Jesus is the Messiah... Kind of goes against the religion... So interesting at the least.

Well, hey, regardless of what any one us believe... Regardless of who is or is not the Messiah.... Always look on the bright side of life... Things will be much better for you.

I have never heard about this, but I hope it is the truth. I have always thought that jews will go to hell since they don't believe in jesus, but this changes my mind. I think that any jew, true to the jewish religion, will be divinely notified of Jesus. Ariel Sharon is still alive and in a coma. So we will have yet to see.

Also, just thinking, it makes sense that such a followed, and well respected jew would be shown the light by Jesus. Who would disbelieve a man so beloved? (Religiously, and referencing only religious jews).

It is interesting that Ariel Sharon is still alive, but I believe he's still in very poor health. We shall see, we shall see...

well even the bible says Jews get Special rights into heaven .. under the OLD CONTRACT with God..

Wow, good find! That is a very powerful message from the man himself. Hopefully it has helped to change the hearts and minds of people throughout his community. I can imagine why it must be so hard for so many to accept Jesus as their Messiah. It would be impossible for me to give up on the things I believe in.

The idea that an Orthodox Jew would attest to Jesus is certainly unusual and unexpected.

Makes me laugh...I can imagine his followers anticipating the note for a year after his death and then the day comes. They open the note and it reads...Yeshua!!! Oyvey!!!

He never wrote out the name attributed to him.

This is what he wrote.

He will lift the people and prove that his word and law are valid

In hebrew the first letter of each word gives Yehoshua sure, but that's just playing letter games. The Rabi himself left other instructions. And codebreaking through alliteration wasn't one of them.

“The revelation of the Messiah will be fulfilled in two stages: First, he will actively confirm his position as Messiah without knowing himself that he is the Messiah. Then he will reveal himself to some Jews, not necessarily to wise Torah scholars. It can be even simple people. Only then he will reveal himself to the whole nation. Those were the instructions he left.

Its funny, you trying to disprove jesus being the messiah with the rabbi's own instructions, when you in fact describe Jesus himself. (in the rabbi's instructions).

I didn't mean any insult.

But if we're gonna be sticklers for the name derived from the letters,
then one should consider that the name 99 out of a 100 times actually translates
as Joshua. It's a long walk in the park to get Jesus out of it.

Additionally the Rabbi was known to draw crosses a lot.
When asked about them he said it was the "sign of the angel."

Put this together and what it means is that
who ever he is prophecizing is working _with_ Jesus.
