Comet Elenin and the sixth seal of revelation. ( rapture )

This stuff is very intriguing! I know it seems kind of far fetched, but what if it is true.

This is the second time today I've seen someone mention in post that Elenin will block out the sun, without citation of course.

I find it highly unlikely, where are you getting that information from? Anything credible?

yeah, i can see alot of connection between Bible prophecy and this comet 's passing.

I't's kind of scary, but I feel like I will see these come to pass in my lifetime.

No. "Hunter's Moon" is not specifically mentioned in the bible as such. However, Joel, Acts, and Revelations, all mention a blood (sanguine) moon.

Joel 2:31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD come.

Act 2:20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come

And you posted the one in Revelations.

Not necessarily,
The Bible doesn't really give a specific time frame for all the seals to be broken. It just gives the order in which it's all supposed to go down.

Huh? The first seal hasn't been opened yet. In Revelation 2 Jesus explains the candlesticks are the churches, and in Revelation 4 before the seals are opened the candlesticks are in heaven.

No, it's not. The first seal has yet to be opened. The antichrist is the rider on the white horse, when the world first sees him it will be the opening of the first seal.

Juat wanted to add a few things... It does say in the OP a date and distance. I believe it was oct 16 at a distance of .23 au? Anyway, the orbital charts I`ve seen show that the tail will definitely be blasted toward us... as far as it blackening the sun, i don`t know, but we would see meteor showers. And if it truly is jupiter sized or bigger, well then it could black out the sun pretty easily. Also, we may be under a one world government now and not realize it, and there are many things that could be the mark of the beast... a social security number, a barcode... But even if that has not come to pass and the 1st seal has not been broken, as it was said before, the bible does not give a timeline, but only the order. So we could have all 6 seals open between now and october. I don`t have any reason to think this would happen, but it`s possible... So there is still time for anyone who wants to take out a little Jesus insurance...

Being under a one world government & not knowing it? Maybe, but not likely.
Having the mark of the beast & not know it? Not possible.

The Bible clearly states that the mark of the beast will be a conscious choice each person will have to make. If you take the mark, then you will be aware of what you are doing and its stated repercussion.
It will also be regardless of whether you believe in those repercussions or not. Meaning, the people who take it will be aware of what it is, but not believe or simply not care about what it says about it in the Bible.

Also, the Bible is not clear on whether the rider of the white horse is the actual antichrist. That is purely eschatological interpretation.
All the horses have riders.
We are only told what they are.
Who they may be is open for debate.
