The Odd Couples... Natures Awwwwww thread.

The animal kingdom shows us new things. Some animal alliances in the wild and captivity lead us to wander, if they can do it, why cant we
Ok gather the kids and the family, and get ready for communal OOOhhss and awwwwwwws.

This beautiful Elephant tara, becomes best buddies with a stray dog
When the dog was hurt, the elephant didnt leave the dogs side for 3 weeks till it recovered awwwwww. She allows the elephant to tickle her tummy with her elephant foot.


Hippo saves and attempts to revive a wounded baby Impala from a croc


Leopard cares for a baby monkey, after killing its mother.The Leopard defends the baby from Hyenas.


A stray hound dog and a cheeky Orangutan, buddy up for hugs and cuddles, best buddies, and a Wild Lioness nutures a baby Oryx and the end is a kitten and a crow who become the best of friends for 5 years.


Now this one is really odd, Snake befriends Hamster...its lunch!


Owen and Mzee, this one makes me want to get a baby Hippo!


And then theres my husband to be (stalker mode) Kevin who is best friends with a pride of 38 lions


Dog risks life to save other dog, this footage made me tear up.

i think "kevin" is going to get his face eaten. just like bear hippie did. true story.
