informiative post but the end of your rant reeked of eugenics man....Dont let them breed? so then what happens when your illustrious line is deemed to be "unfit for breeding" by the establishment stop making mentaly ill kids....how about we just make safe meds or treat them better?

You know something..I live near Detroit here, and that city is seriously hurting for funds. They have a horrible response to 911 ambulance calls, they are laying fire fighters and police off, yet they send a tank, and a full combat swat team to arrest a mother trying to protect her child, while the city politicians are lining their pockets with city taxpayers money...What a friggin mess

I dont really have a problem with anything you said, but for a bit of clarification, 20mg is NOT a very small amount. That's a pretty common dosage, but certainly not a small one. The max strength the pills are made in is 30mg, both ER (the capsules with beads in them... extended release), and immediate release (the tablets). Adderall is sometimes prescribed in higher dosages, such as 40mg to 60mg, but that is usually for other things, such as narcolepsy, rather than ADD.


The statement that most cases only benefit from at least 100mg is absolutely wrong. I'm sure there is someone out there prescribed that dosage, but that would be a rare case.

I have a good bit of experience working as a pharmacy technician, so my knowledge comes from reading Rx's every day and dispensing pills.

Yep, here in the States, there's a drug for everything. There's big money in Big Pharma and they keep extending patents for nefarious reasons.

And people still believe that their children are really theirs? That they have rights, and live in a free, democratic country? When a parent has no right to decide over his own child medication?
"It's for your own protection." We all know that line too well.
And it seems that most people actually believe this.

Well, then we had it coming. And it's only going to get worse, I have no doubt about it.
I simply have no words for this. I also refused treatment for my ADHD child; I treated him with alternative medicine and today he's free of ADHD and asthma (when doctors told me he will be asthmatic for the rest of his life). The school and the medical authorities were not happy with my decision, but they never tried to force him into treatment., thanks God for that. I would also have shoot at anyone trying to put my kid on Risperdal. Or I would have leaved that country. Why living in a place where you can't protect your own kid?
How people accept being treated like this?

Let's bring up something that needs to be said. Law enforcement has a motto and the motto is what law enforcement employees are supposed to go by. "PROTECT AND SERVE"

I don't see any protecting or serving in this story which is sad because this story obviously puts a bad image on every kind of law enforcement which can cause problems with the public for all agencies because of this Detroits selfish and wrongful acts.

This is ridiculous and it pisses me off A LOT! these swat officers should face large fines and suspension without pay until further notice!

But we also have to look at both sides and even though this is crazy we do not have the full story because of the way the news reported it. I've learned that you need to look at all and every aspect in order to make a final decision. I'm just saying!

I still think Detroit is dumb as hell for doing what they did!

If you haven't already, look into giving your child a gluten and diary free diet, this can drastically help autism

The fact that the streets of Detroit aren't littered with dead cops because of this is a sad commentary on Americans.

I'm in Canada and I am truly horrified about the crap the u.s. government is pulling on you people. I am at a loss for words right now, and I don't dare start swearing and cursing about the government lol, I might already be on their watch list lmao. I really don't care about their darn lists anyway. I say what is on my mind and am brutally blunt about it. One piece of advice my Dad always instilled in me is......If you're enemy puts you against the wall, then you have my blessing to come out swinging with everything you have.

Yes but the NHS in Britain is worse in other ways.
My children are now both Home Schooled for several reasons but the main one is that we all four have a rare genetic disease; Mum, Dad & two DDs.
It took 13 yrs to get my 1st DD diagnosed and my spouse was accused of Munchausen's by proxy by the pediatrician, (when she was six) just because she didn't know what was causing her to be in pain ALL the time and waking up every night at 3am crying in pain.

Come to the 2nd DD and 2 years ago I decided to get her diagnosed and again off to see the Consultant pediatrician, who spent the whole time asking my spouse questions about the Home schooling and basically none about the condition. It's usually takes a phonecall to get an appointment with our Specialist and we were waiting over a month, when we get a letter from out GP to see him ASAP.
Turns out when we see the GP he asks EXACTLY the same six questions the paed had asked!!!!
I wrote a really stinking letter to our GP, as the local Eduction Dept not only knew about our family they had decided we were SO GOOD we didn't need a Monitoring appt each year and has been so for about 6 yrs.
For example; We are the type who go to see where Hannibal took his elephants over the Alps, not just read about it.

Six months later we finally get to see Great Ormond Str and we find out she may have the condition much worse than all of us. (Then because of admin problems we are still waiting to get a final diagnosis and a cardiogram.)

So the NHS is worse in other ways but ALL are bad to Home school families and that is because of this ;
If you keep you kids close to you when they are young, and try to keep trauma from them, they tend to be more individualistic thinkers and less likely to be mind controlled, when they fly the nest.

If you read the Illuminati/ USA definition of a person in a Cult, one 'symptom' is Home schooling!!!

So I am not surprised to read of TPTB trying to dope a Home schooled child. They are scared of Home schooled families messing up their plans.
