So I drew this picture today...



It was one of those drawings you do where you go into a trance, and then like 30 minutes later, it is completed.

Since this drawing was made by my subconcious, could you help me by perhaps sharing your interpretation?

Neat! You've drawn a blue entity with long, wavy hair. "He" is wearing triple, white-colored paint markings on cheek --- perhaps "tribal" in flavor from the bold use of colors. (Opinion by amateur "art critic".)

looks like an elvis impersonating owl with little eyes.

The vertical lines, wrapped around the face, and head of the figure, points to the restrains put on us as a society, locked into what we believe has to be a certain way. a good take on the oppression of thoughs, enforced on us. We have a voice to speak, but yet we do not.

I think that a reasonable answer is that, when we tap into our brain, the biggest chunk that I think would be relayed into an art piece is the part of the brain that recognizes faces. now, drawing the profile of the face is always easier than drawing a face straight forward, or at an angle (foreshortening is difficult, takes some thinking).... SOO I would focus on the colours you used rather than the face- think about the energy that represents blue and how that relates to you.

Looking at this picture again, it kind of looks like a Na'vi from Avatar.

The vertical silver lines can represent the metal (industrial/modern) day lifestyle that is hindering us more than helping us. Like the Na'vi we should strive to live off the land and stay true to our planet.
