Um, no. Russia HAS to say that, they always do. China will say the same thing, but that's all. Iran's probably licking it's lips waiting to try and fill any power vacuum as always.

Read the official EU press release. Their stated aim is for Gadaffi to relinquish control immediately, and for a swift democratic transition.

This is so odd... Our president addressing U.S. citizens via cellphone due to 'satellite' problems. Yet, ABCnews has plenty of commentators on hand via satellite from all over the world, even in Libya...

Electronic Attack is something the USA is extremely good at.

It can comprise a lot of things.

Monitoring analysis of enemy comms in real time (Rivet Joint)
Anti Radar Jamming.
Anti Radar Attacks using HARM missiles.
Disruption and subversion of enemy Telecoms. Including TV, phone and internet. (EC-130 Compass Call).

The US/UK and others can quite capably 'break stuff' and have limited EA capacity but not on the same level as the USA.
