Actually its NEVER been proven that we are decended from any Apes. Its theorized only. Yes we share 98% of the DNA of the apes but we also share 42%with mice and a whopping 26% with mere yeast (are we decended from bread??). All carbon based lifeforms share a good portion of the same DNA sequences. Its the precentage that is different that makes up the different species and DNA in man contains material that is not found anywhere else in the animal kingdom.

You are wrong about us being decendent from Apes - read about the missing link also the science on DNA has also proven the extraterestial link in our DNA - Dawin had a 'THEORY' that has many holes in it and is rapidly becoming if now already outdated and until they find the truth on this they won't be going to the bother of changing all the Text Books and indoctrination spouted in schools. It was a theory and nothing more - based on the evidence available at the time.
lol at extra-terrestrial link in our DNA. We have a 90% similarity to genes of mice and 99.8 similarity to Genes of Chimpanzees im sorry guys buy get your fact Straight we aren't ancestors from aliens of another planet we are our own ALIENS of planet earth if you thinking from an alien stand point from another planet far off somewhere.
Its astounds me how many people actually agree that we are related to aliens of some type of another planet the only way that this is even remotely possible in scientific terms is if a meteorite crashed into mars several rocks with some from of life landed on earth and life started from it or brang some new lifeforms to earth. I believe this theory is called panspermia and is quite possible.
But spouting nonsense about being descendents from aliens is getting a little off topic because i would say thats highly unlikely unless they came to earth and genetically created us which seems unlikely because we are genetically related to every living creature on the planet. End the nonsense DENY IGNORANCE.

Can someone sum this up please, in plain English. I will settle for ten lines or less.....
“The jentil (or jentilak with the basque plural), were a race of giants in the Basque mythology. This word meaning gentile, from Latin gentilis, was used to refer to prechristian civilizations and in particular to the builders of megalithic monuments, to which the other basque mythical legend the Mairuak are involved too. The jentil were believed to have lived alongside the Basque people. They were hairy and so tall that they could walk in the sea and threw rocks from one mountain to another. This stone throwing has led to several tales and explanations for ancient stone buildings and large isolated rocks. Even the Basque ball game, pilota, is ascribed to these stone-throwers. The tradition lives on in the Basque power games of stone lifting and throwing. Some attributed to the jentil the defeat of Roland in the Battle of Roncevaux, where the Basques defeated the Frankish army by throwing rocks on them. The giants were believed to have created the neolithic monuments, such as dolmens, found around the Basque Country. They also were said to have invented metallurgy and the saw and first grew wheat, teaching humans to farm. However, they were unwilling to move to the valleys from the mountains, with a certain unwillingness to progress. They disappeared into the earth under a dolmen in the Arratzaren valley in Navarra when a portentous luminous cloud – perhaps a star – appeared, said to have heralded the birth of Christ (Kixmi) and the end of the jentil age. Other stories say jentil threw themselves from a mountain. Only Olentzero remained, a giant who appears at Christmas and is reproduced as straw dolls.”
Really a 99.8 similarity to Genes of Chimpanzees? i dont think so, thats how the mainstream science sees it and accepts it. But we dont
Now in 2010, the DNA recovery process has well improved. Pye took the Starchild skull to the National Genetic Database at the National institute of Health, commonly used by geneticists worldwide. Once the paternal DNA strand was recovered, Pye was able to compare it to all known and recorded types of DNA on this planet to find a match for it. The very long strand of 342 base pairs came up with no known match to any other species on this planet!
I should add that I still can't reveal the name of the geneticist or where he works until we are ready to formally present his results to the world. However, trust me, he is a well-established professional and his facility is large and very credible. They don't want to be bombarded by media until they are prepared for it, and neither do I for that matter. Just know that you are a part of the "inner circle" of those who have put your faith in a dream that is now coming true.

Who's "we"?
science has proven the DNA comparison with chimpanzees....................where is your proof?

Wow!!......DNA science has proved there is an extraterrestrial link in our DNA???.........when did they do that then? I seem to have missed that life changing snippet of information!

You gotta admit that where the Sphinx is in relation to high winds that it is most plausible that it was formed by the winds however i wouldnt put it past being formed and then covered over by dirt and dust almost like cemented over before falling off eventually to reveal a Sphinx.
