So much of Rendlesham is as real as it gets, and a real enigma for some of the best researchers. However, the binary incident is pure BS, created purely as an attempted ticket into the paranormal money machine. There is always someone that wants to cash in. Aliens would never communicate in ASCI binary when they could just use the standard alphabetic shortcut... why translate to something more primitive when you obviously know the alphabet in the first place?edit on 15-6-2011 by charlyv because: (no reason given)

Why would an ancient alien civilisation that are more advanced than us in every way feel the need to pass on a code in binary? If they have something to say, why not just say it?

i believe the code is true, i wrote down as much of it i could see, then found a website that showed what numbers corresponded to what letter in the alphabet, it was a very tedious process, but it spelt out exactly the message that was decoded.
so i myself have no doubt that this code is real.

Thing is though, why the hell would he pick that location if he was faking, there isnt actually anything there as far as we know so as far as he knows becuase Hy Brasil is a myth or folklore.
K on Google Earth, that location is in the ocean, no land nearby... however...
If these co-ordinates relate to something ancient, the land masses may have moved since then, earhs axis might have changed several times etc...
One might never know what was at these co-ordinates 10,000's of years ago..
Pretty useful to know, but proving it would require knowing when the co-ordinates were used and mappinng the Earths/Land movements since that time.
