It depends on which particular person believes / worships.

There many Christian denominations.
They are all Christians.
The clues in the name and the fact they believe Jesus CHRIST is The Son Of God, or something like that.
It's all sems very pointless to me.
But pretty much similar to Islam.

People keep asking "Why is this conflict going on for so long? Why cant any of the mediators help? Why is no solution found?". I for one personally really enjoyed your thread and found it very Enlightening and it show how a precarious but open and uderstanding position your in and it would be god if all peoples of the planet worked together instead of against each other...but that it would seem to be a dreamland as people are so bias by doctrine of their own extremists beliefs in their own FOOLISH religious beliefs that they are fighting for their god...What god of so called peace loving compassion would allow people to keep making weapons of destruction when there are children starving in the world....I say to any god who allows this...YOU ARE S*$% and dont deserve to even call yourself a god and it is god him/herself that the people of this planet should be hunting down and putting a noose around their very necks.

If he had committed the atrocities he did in the name of Christianity, and we all know there are lot's of examples of people who have, then I would agree with you but labelling him a Christian and trying to apportion some of the blame for his crrimes against humanity to Christianity by association is incorrect, pure and simple.

Hitler had no personal belief in any interpretations of Jesus Christs alleged teachings.
That he at times used other people's Christian beliefs to manipulate and contol I don't dispute.

I might interject here on Freeborns behalf ...but i could be wrong....Freeborn says he is Agnostic...so therefore ...as myself being agnostic...would say it would make no dif which GOD or RELIGION Hilter says he was figthing on behalf of it would not make one bit of difference...cause any nation or people that fight on behalf of their Religion are being duped by doctrine..Meaning they are not free thinkers as once you become brainwashed by Doctrine you no longer have the ability to look and think outside the box as you become blinded by your own faith.

Wahabism is something people should research to better understand what a detrimental influence this group and ideology has had on the moderate muslim 'majority'.

But then every religion has this, you have the fanatical zionist jews who open parade their extreme views in Israel to the Christians in Ireland who are hell bent on never finding peace (and at one time were terrorizing the united kingdom) to the fanatical evengelical doomsday christians in the US.

And look at history, there numerous cases were very powerful (Jewish) bankers manipulated the 1st, 2nd (and possible future) wars to their own end.
