Now please don't attack me for presenting my testimony. You're welcome to ask questions.

As a person who is just like everybody else and not as competitive as others are. I have come upon socialism. Not as a revolution idea. But because of Jesus! Yes Jesus seems to have a lot in common with socialism. You might or might call him a socialist but I see that his actions in the Bible go hand and hand with socialism.
I was browsing the web looking for answers and I came across a neat little site explaining why Jesus was indeed a socialist.

Of course that is like saying Merlin was a fan of Harry Potter. Which Harry Potter and like I stated above with Jesus and socialism. The idea of socialism came later. Which I highly doubt politics was what Jesus in the Bible did in life. That's what my cousin tells me. Maybe some of you guys can have a jab at this article and my case of why I embrace Socialism. Tell me what you think of Jesus, socialism and Jesus being a part of socialism.

You say you are a person just like everyone else? In what sense? Do you really
think that everyone else embraces this sick stuff? Socialism has never worked
in any country on this planet in any time of history. Don't compare yourself to
everyone else.

And to compare Jesus to Socialism is really, really sick.

Thanks! I was thinking I was the only Christian Socialist on here. My cousin is a huge fan of politics and he has countless books on various political subjects. Christian Anarchism and Christian Socialism make more sense then what the Right spew out their mouths.

That's you're opinion and I'm going to have to except it.

Just because I see Jesus in this light doesn't mean I'm changing his history. Countless people of many different beliefs believe in some form Jesus. Who is to tell them their wrong?

I 'dabbled' into Socialism for a while.

Let me tell you it's not as good as it sounds. How you can defend taking from Peter to give to Paul? You do know the government has nothing unless they forceably take from someone correct?

I believe strongly in looking out for your neighbor, but I don't want to recieve assistance while the guy giving me the assistance has a loaded gun to his head.

Thanks for the list. But I chose to embrace Socialism by facts then trying to attack a person using images of death. Here's a great article of the history of socialism and the many people who influenced the thought of socialism.

So Jesus was about stealing from one group of society to give to another? Thou shalt not steal...Im in favor of helping those in need, this is where charity comes in, but for me to go out and make a living and have to give to some scumbag that refuses to get off his ass and get a job my hard earned cash, HELL NO! It will never work in America, for the simple fact that ppl are realizing whats going on and getting pissed, Socialists can bring their misunderstanding of the bible and we will bring our guns, Not In My Country!

Is it not a fact that these Gentlemen were influential socialists of the last 100 years?

Is it not a fact that some of them are still revered by socialist thinkers?

Jesus was about guns? That's where I see your coming from. Socialism is not about taking from the rich and giving to others. Come on now! If you disagree with something you have to see the truth to what it is.

Well yes. But you're coming from a point into attacking me for embracing Socialism. Being a bully about it is not going to make me feel guilty. I would welcome constructive criticism. I can say the same thing about Capitalist, the United States and countless others.

Jesus was not a socialist! He was a Christian with Christian values in giving and helping the poor. Socialism is the government taking your money and spending, giving to who they see fit.

Jesus if alive and walking today on earth would not need the government to take his money to give to other. Jesus today would give directly to the poor and cut out government all together. You don’t need the government to help other people and by god I don’t want the government taking my hard earned money and giving it to other. I should have the right to decide whether or not I want to give my money to the poor or needy without giving it to the government first.

Jesus was not a socialist, he did not force you to give him money so he can give your money to others!

But you are trying to stereotype a group of wrongdoers as the set principle of all Socialists. How about the people who did not use Socialism as a propaganda tool for power? How about the Socialists of the Nordic and other Western countries who were not tyrants?

It was all about control at all means necessary and using the guise of proletariat revolution as a cover up for their planned concentration of wealth in the form of the state using the state as a mechanism for creating capital flows which would be directed straight to the leaders of said state.

I disagree with the philosophy but I will not let that hit piece slip by.

Well it's difficult to explain Nazi politics. In fact they hated both Capitalist and Communist. I see Nazis as more of a Nationalist group that goes against Socialism.

it wasnt until in acts that paul and barnabas coined the term christian

40 years after the dude was murdered maybe more like 25 years as tradition has it paul was beheaded in 68ad in rome
