I wouldn't exactly say Capitalism invited computers. Yet they do market computers.
The reason is this wiki entry.
History of Computers

I have corrected my entry. The original concept was indeed to help the government blow people up. It was capitalists who brought the technology to the people.

He did nothing but preach for mankind to give and help their fellow man and to share with them as if they were their own kin.

This is called charity, not socialism.
How can you compare Jesus to Stalin? or Chavez? or Castro? or Mao?

Ok, look, I came from a poor family. I found a way to get to college, I graduated with honors, and now I have a good career, all by working hard.
I make a middle class wage and last year the government took $12,000 dollars from me, yes $12,000 off my broken back (literally). I could have done a lot for my family with that money. Nope, it all went to the government. That's stealing! Plain and simple. I will always agree that the true disabled, veterans, and the elderly need help, but the rest of the people can do it for themselves just like I did.

During any of this time in your life did you: Drive on a road? Go to a public school? Enjoy the safety and security of Fire and Police service? Receive any Grant Money or Unemployment?

Don't get me wrong, I understand the point you are trying to make, but I get a little perturbed at the hypocrisy of those who complain about the taste of the milk while their mouth is firmly grasping the teet.
