We must be willing to defend others with whom we disagree, we must be willing to defend those who do not have a voice, defend those who are in the minority, defend those who we disagree. Defense of human rights is the job that we all must pride ourselves upon, defending others against those who wish to harm them is a noble deed, yet so often when people disagree they tend to lower the other person/group into a subcategory in which they will no longer be responsible for defending them.

Your freedom depends upon the freedom of others.

If you want to have free speech you must be willing to defend the speech of those you oppose.
If you want to have freedom from persecution you must not allow others to be persecuted.
If you want to have freedom to live you must defend the life of others.
If you want to have freedom of property you must be willing to defend the property of others.

As citizens and lovers of liberty we must be willing to defend those we love or hate, their life is just as worthy as yours, their rights are just as cherished as yours.

FREEDOM IS NOT FREE

In order for us to keep freedom we must always be on guard, always vigilant and always ready to defend it.

Stand tall, stand proud and stand united or we will all fall!

Why must you ignore the key concept of this threat to complain about one part of it?

In society many of the citizens live by labels so to ignore the ugly truth is not helping anything, all must be included, even if you don't agree with labels.

Sorry, what expectation of justice are we to expect. Let us ask this question, if you just made a mistake, do you expect to get relative justice?

I mean, let us assume that you and I did the same things wrong, would be get the same justice? NOW, I have some friends, do you? Is LAW the LAW?

Anyway, I am all about LAW, are you?

I think those that harm others are criminals, those that defraud others are criminals, those that socially harm NO ONE are NOT criminals.

Due in part that this little part, in reality, destroys the whole purpose of your thread.

Asking so many folks who do define themselves by an ideology to coexist is impossible. Dogma is just a step away, and through dogma and the bigotry that will follow, coexistence like this can never be achieved.

How is that even remotely what I wrote? I simply said we should all be willing to defend each other and their liberties and freedoms how does that equal killing off other political groups? Is that not what I just argued against!?

If you do not agree with freedom of speech for those you hate then you do not really believe in freedom of speech. And this goes for all rights.

Who is our TRUE enemy?

Unfortunately, the true enemy is safely hiddened away, and would rather manipulates events thru puppets, for puppets are expendable.

Throughout centuries, we had read mankind pitting themselves against one another. DO WE HUMANS, OF THE SAME RACE, BLED AND ASPIRE THE SAME, truly hate each that much?

I doubt so, for trade had been the lifeblood of humans for centuries. And it was through trade that civilisations were brought together.

It may be true that some will find or belittle others at the Bazaar or the marketplace, as it is only common to be defensive when faced with unknown cultures, but over time, many will realized that the foreigners were only humans, white or black, jews, christians, muslims, buddhists, hindu, etc and share common aspirations - to live and prosper in peace, prosperity and progress.

It is also natural that soldiers hate foreigners, as they are brainwashed to do a job. If love or concern gets in the way, there will be no fighting.

Thus the ones who wishes to fight are often the priviledged and greedy masters. Mankind do not hate one another, until our masters taught or ORDERS us to hate and through the hate, to kill our own fellow brother and sister beings.

And it was such hatred that the Iraq war was conducted. Do we humans hate the Iraqis that we allowed a war to descend upon them? Nope, we don't. Just as the many who don't hate americans. It was only the masters who decided, and in the end, thousands of innocent precious lives were dead, including our brave, courageous but naive youthful soldiers. Was it worth it. Not today, when the truth finally prevailed.

Similarly in Afghanistan. Do we hate the afghans that we as a voting society willingly signed the death warrants for the afghanis, known as 'collateral dammage'? Was it worth it?

Also the somalian pirates. Many ship captains did the right thing - by spraying jet streamed water at the pirates instead of bullets. Look at the pirates. They are only scrawny beings trying to survive with a pay of probably $50 for each attack, more than 100 times what the lowest sailor on the ship will earn with a girlfriend on each port, while the pirate masters who taught them to hate others so as to motivate them to pull the trigger earned the big bucks. The sailors know enough not to hate such pirates.

Do common jews and palestinians truly hate each other. I doubt so, for many only seek to survive. HATE can only be perpertrated by our masters to fulfill their agenda, just as our ancestors centuries were made by supposedly and A S S U M E d 'divine rights of king' to hate each other, when we are all only of a common race and share the same aspirations.

Therefore, my plea to all and the awakened, please, please be aware when you give your support or allow your elected legislative to sign the death warrants for another human or tribe's annihilation. We are one race, bleed the same and share common aspirations.

Just as US had eradicated the racial hatred for 200+ years, and learnt black or white are the same, and had even voted for a black president, the most powerful man on Earth, to lead the country and even the world, within a short 50 years, so too must we relook at the depth of our own individual hatred for our own fellow beings, no matter the many differences, and reconsider. if not for our sake, it will be for our next innocent generations in time to come, if we are to survive as a species.....

my enemies are communist,socialist,fascist,democrats and the progressives and that extends to the republican progressive party...........

you wont find me defending them you will find me arguing with them and their ideals....i will not go so far as to kill their ideals or their souls my only purpose its to not sit on the sidelines as that poster said......and if all you do is sit on the fence you are no better than anyone....nay i will not become a vicitm to anyone or any one belief or ideology...
