Come on now! You know I'm talking about the Progressive Movements in the U.S. during the early 1900's.

What it meant in the early 1900s has nothing at all to do with the current progressive/socialist agendas.

Really? Honestly? Let's see... Do you not remember what President Obama said to Joe the plumber? "We need to spread the wealth around..." So the left wants to take my hard earned money to give it to others. So the effect of that would be that I would have less. Don't forget the left wants to let the tax cuts expire and take more of peoples money. And Cap and trade where our electricity bills would double. Even President Obama said they would double. So as you can see, in all reality, the left want people to have less. Nice try tho, bud.
