Banning the book/manual would set an unacceptable precedent.
Allow 'how to' manuals on child molestation? Even more unacceptable.
Where's the answer?
I mean, when are lawmakers going to get to work and make crimes against children so sever people will think twice before producing something like this!
But we can't start it by banning books (manuals) either.
A *bleep* I'm back to the endless run around again! We ban that book - it opens for banning other books... Grrr!
Another point to add: The Detective states this 'manual' is 'down-loadable' on the internet.
Ah hell. So, there's another nail in the coffin of open internet...
