I firmly believe that we grow into the culture we are surrounded by and if we live with and go to school with skateboarders, chances are slim we will be flocking to the inner city looking for a park the shoot hoops in. Then there are people that have to have hatred for some reason.

Then there are the poor folks that are the OP. I think threads like this are a disservice to any genuine racism anywhere. I wonder what real oppressed Hispanics would have to say about our poor author and his claim that his crappy "artwork", horrible attitude, lack of experience and training have nothing to do with him getting hired but it is his race that not one of these companies has a reason to even be aware of because he never even got one interview.
