Probably one of the smaller countries, because smaller armies can afford better weapons. My country has one of the smallest armies in the world, but we are still using M16 clones, so go figure. But as the one guy said it might be Russia, especially with some of those newer AKs

K noob let me tell you something.

First US was not fully into the WW2. They started at the end and didnt send there whole army to the front lines.

Second is that Russia was threatened to be over run by Germans so they had to throw all they had at the Germans to stop them.

Third is that Russia was fight by it self from the east while US had hella allies fighting with them so they can spit their causalities.
